"I went to college at Westfield State University from 2001-2005. One of the things my friends and I used to do in a relatively regular basis is venture to UMass Amherst and go to The Hangar. We loved going there and to this day, it 's the best place IMO to get boneless chicken tenders. After I graduated, much to my delight, there was some decent expansion and places started popping up closer to me under the title "wings over (insert city) but the food and the menu was the same. The Lowell location is the closest to me so it 's the one I frequent when I 'm craving those wings. It always hit the spot and Even as recently as this past may, when I had it delivered to my place of work, it was just as good as I remembered.Today I came in, and saw that they changed the menu from the traditional item names such as DC-3, DC-10, etc, to just 2 tenders, 4 tenders, etc.I wanted to order the 8 tender meal and asked her which previously named menu item it was equivalent too and she had no clue what I was talking about.I ordered garlic parm (which is one of my top 5 go to flavors) and golden BBQ (another top 5) and I could tell instantly by my first bite of each that the recipe is has changed and was not the same as it used to be. For an even better reference point, I was at the south Hadley location about a month ago and the flavor profile was different today (for the worse) than at south Hadley.I can 't be certain but based on the employee 's uncertainty of how the 8 tender meal compared to the previously named menu and the change in flavor, I 'm of the belief that ownership has changed. Unfortunately, that is not something I particularly feel is a good thing.I will say that the food was good, but not what i remembered. Still a good place to go if you want good boneless chicken but not for me anymore as it seems as though wings over is now a different entity than the hangar locations."

"If I could give Kings Corner 0 stars on here, I would. My friend and I entered the bar and ordered our drinks, fine. The bartender asked for our IDs and he accepted them, fine. Then, moments later the same bartender came up to us and denied giving us our drinks because our IDs looked “funky” to him. Mind you, we are both of age (22), and we have been going here since we were 21. Margaret is the manager. And for whatever reason, she has grown this weird vendetta against my friends and I. One recent night, we were sitting in Kings Corner outdoor seating in their back, and we all had already ordered several rounds of drinks. My friend had a completely unopened four-pack of Human Robot beer, mind you, he even walked into the established with that. So if it was so much of a problem, then they should’ve kicked us out from the gecko. Then, an hour or two later, Margaret came out and said that we could no longer stay there because of his four-pack was sitting on the table. We were getting ready to leave anyways, fine. A few days later, my friend and I came in to order some drinks, and the moment I lock eyes with Margaret, a minute or two later, that’s when the bartender denied us our drinks after we had ordered them and after he had accepted our completely valid IDs. *Edit: If you are going to be a business that serves and sells alcohol, you need to have a verifier that correctly identifies real from fake IDs. Margaret, you’re still a nuisance for consistently turning down our business when we have done absolutely nothing harmful nor boisterous."

"$50 FOR COLD HOT WINGS SOGGY SIDES!So, placed this order at 10:49p and was given an estimated delivery time which was reasonable. However, at 11:55p I had to call to figure out where my order was. The person who answered said they only had 1 driver and she left about 20 minutes ago (which would have been 11:35p). It is now 12:20 am and I still do not have my $50 order, and when I last called at 12:05 am they said they had no clue where the driver was or how long it would take her to get there. It is now 12:33 am and the order just arrived. The chicken is soggy lukewarm, while the sides (tots fries) are cold soggy. The tots were supposed to be Garlic Parm, but either they forgot to apply the seasoning, or it disappeared during its 1 hour and 45 min commute from their location to my house that 's ONLY 1 mile away [live near the Papa John 's on E 10th].If there are delivery issues, like one driver, it should be posted somewhere on the website before the order is placed. Likewise, if there are delivery issues, the price should be adjusted accordingly, or the tip should be able to be adjusted.I live a mile from the location, and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my order. Not sure what kind of logic goes into the delivery process, but the closest location should be first. On another note, they need to set up another location because their delivery area is ALL of Greenville (from PCC to West Dickinson Ave to Copper Beach to West 5th St behind the hospital); I used to deliver for them."
