"I've visited this restaurant twice in the past month, and both times the staff have been very unprofessional. I asked for almond pretzels, but they informed me they don't have any. They didn't offer to make some for me or even ask if I'd be willing to wait. Instead, I ended up buying a regular pretzel for nearly $5. There were five pretzels in the warmer, and they gave me the smallest one, which was half the size of the others. I've always loved this place, but I will not be returning. If I could find the owner or thought they cared, I would definitely reach out to them!"
