very sweet. W workers, went in and was greated with a smile and they all seemed to be in a great mood!!

I am baffled as to why an employee is allowed to work the register with a cigarette tucked behind their ear, and another employee is preparing food with unkempt hair and no hairnet. This is quite unsanitary and off-putting.

Got a steak and cheese sub, steak was cold, like it just came out of the cooler cold. It's kinda gross. Pretty clear whoever put the sandwich together didn't care how it came out. It's a shame to have wasted $10 on a sandwich that amounts to trash. View menu

My kids love to eat here! Great service and the subs were made perfect. Met the assistant manager and gentleman at the register and both were very kind! I hope Firehouse can keep friendly workers like these with the job market the way it is. We will continue to support with our business.

I visited this location tonight around 8:30 PM. When I entered, none of the staff greeted me; they just looked unhappy, as if my presence was spoiling their evening. After the young woman with short black/brown hair prepared my sandwich, she simply handed it to me and said, "Here you go." She didn't offer to put it in a bag or assist in any way. I had to bag my own sandwich, chips, cookie, and soda. This is terrible customer service! I will be contacting corporate about this, as it's completely unacceptable.

Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4 large drinks. I had a pleasant experience at Firehouse Subs, for the most part. The service was quick, and the majority of the food was delicious! Since it was my first visit to Firehouse Subs, the friendly cashier recommended either the spicy Cajun chicken or the steak and cheese sub. I chose the Cajun chicken sub, which was quite tasty and served hot, just as I expected. However, it did come with jalapeños, which we had asked to leave off. I would not recommend the grilled cheese sandwich (which we ordered as part of a kid's meal). Update: I’ve called multiple times to the niceville location about getting a refund and they keep telling they cannot issue refunds from orders on the app. Offered me a free medium sub when I come back. Like I am going back there….my order was way more than a medium sub.I placed a curbside order through the app at 5:58pm for pick up at 6:10pm.I arrived at the store at 6:14pm and called the number on the window to let them know I arrived.
