"Used to hold firehouse in high regards but these kids can 't make sandwiches. They also have the personalities of broken glass. Forever annoyed. Sandwiches are always soft af and never ever hot enough. No idea what tf the problem other than literal incompetence. Not even worth speaking up about because you know what they do if you do? Just stare at you. Uh..I don 't know what you want me to do so..? No thanks. Ever since I first had Firehouse Subs in 2001 in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, I have always loved them but it has really gone downhill. I never ever mind spending good money for good food but the money I pay for a sub at Firehouse compared to what I actually get always leaves too much to be desired. I 'll get my birthday subs but I gotta stop expecting different results just because I give them another chance. That 's insanity."

My first time eating here and I have to say I have always said well it's just another sub place, but it was honestly delicious! I think I prefer Firehouse over subway any day now! Great service as well!

Asked for regular drink and was upgraded and charged extra for something I did not want. Lady running the register doesn't listen. Asked for refund and smaller drink was told no they can't do that. Will not return!
