Subway - Menu

I went to this Subway on Super Bowl Sunday and ordered nine sandwiches. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I had a wonderful experience overall!

The sandwich featured wilted, brown lettuce, and the tomatoes were unripe, with a white center. It's difficult to estimate how long the tuna had been left out. Overall, it definitely did not seem "fresh."

I let the franchise owner, Kartik, know that the chicken in my sandwich didn't taste quite right. Unfortunately, all I received was an apology, with no offer to replace the sandwich I had paid for. I won't be going back to this restaurant. View menu

When I asked about the different types of bread they offer, the woman responded rudely, implying I should read the information posted on the glass window. She was quite brisk and didn’t give me a chance to think about my choices. The food was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

If I could, I would give this Subway zero stars. I've never had such a terrible experience anywhere else. Even Walmart employees wouldn’t choose to eat here! I visited the Subway next to Auntie Anne’s inside Walmart (store #34387-0), and it was awful. They sold me pretzels that were rock hard, and when I asked for a refund, the manager accused me of lying. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I wouldn't recommend eating at this Subway unless you're really hungry. I ordered a sub for my young son and specifically requested no hot sauce. After it was wrapped, he took a bite and immediately started crying because it was too spicy. On top of that, they refused to accept any coupons. When I asked why Subway sends out coupons if they don't honor them, the staff member couldn't provide an answer and suggested I ask someone else, but no one seemed helpful. Subway has a lot to offer. They provide healthier options compared to other fast food restaurants, and their vegetarian choices are fantastic. The subs are delicious! However, there are some downsides: it tends to be more expensive than other fast food places, and it can be difficult to find a Subway location near my house. The rewards program isn't the most appealing either. Additionally, some employees seem disinterested in their work, which can lead to poorly made sandwiches. Despite these issues, this particular Subway location is one of the best ones, which is why I find myself coming here frequently.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at a Subway restaurant. After waiting about 10 minutes to place my order, the employee making my sandwich seemed to recognize someone who had just joined the line. Once she finished preparing my sandwich, I went to pay, but she let that person cut in front of me and asked me and my two-year-old to step aside so they could pay first. I wish I were joking. While I could tolerate the slow service, wilted vegetables, and small flies buzzing around, that moment was incredibly rude and unacceptable. I sincerely hope Subway addresses this situation. Absolutely unbelievable.

I strongly recommend that you steer clear of this restaurant. My brother recently began working there, and they offered him a mere $8.30 an hour, which is far below the minimum wage. This is not only exploitative but also reflects a troubling lack of professionalism; they even printed his pay stub on receipt paper, showing a complete disregard for standard business practices. Additionally, when he inquired about his schedule, they ignored him and refused to compensate him for his training hours. They claimed he had only worked 3 hours, while the actual total was 39.3 hours—and he is still a minor. I would advise against both working and dining at this establishment. View menu
