"Disappointed. There is a big difference between sitting at the restaurant and ordering for takeout out or delivery. Seems like they use different strategy to make a pizza depending on the situation. If you eat at the restaurant they will make a very ingredient abundant pizza, but if you order to take out… well you will get a very sloppy pizza with very little cheese, like the one in the photos , unfortunately that is a tactic that many restaurants use to reduce cost, the psychology behind is very simple, once the pizza is at your door, you are hungry and exited to get a good pizza for dinner, but when most people open the box to find a pizza way below their expectations people get mad for a dew minutes and then eat the pizza and everything is forgotten, most of the time. They know most people wont complain. I have ordered a margarita pizza and when the pizza got home, had little and very thin layer of cheese, with few spots without been cover, very disappointed, completely different than then pizza they serve inside. My advise to you who buy to take out! open the box and check inside before you leave. Their food is nor cheap, they should have much better food quality."

"The food at this restaurant was fantastic, even better than Olive Garden. However, Olive Garden does have better soup. The atmosphere was great, but it was quite expensive at $30 for chicken parm. Despite the cost, it was delicious and both my son and daughter loved it. As a visitor from Los Angeles, this was my first time trying this restaurant and I was amazed. I will definitely return when I am back in Pittsburgh. The area is amazing and I am staying at the Courtyard nearby. I have already been to the restaurant three times in my first three days here and I love it 100%. There was a bit of a mishap when there was a snail found in my wife's salad, which was disturbing, but the salad was still really good. The dressing was particularly delicious. We first went to Sand Castle with the kids and then came here for lunch today and plan to go back again tomorrow. All in all, I can't wait for my next visit to Pittsburgh."

"We made plans for New Years and made reservations at Mitchell’s at least a month beforehand. We had tickets to the Improv afterwards but left plenty of time. When we arrived at Mitchell’s they said our reservation would not be honored for over an hour. They were running an hour behind. This is completely unacceptable and it ruined our New Years plans. They should’ve realized it’s a busy night and made the reservations accordingly. The staff was not nice about it at all. We left and will never return and will post this on their Facebook page because I would not want others to get their nights ruined as well."

"Food was so tasty and served within 10 minutes of ordering. We could only order takeout as I think the restaurant was closed at the time. Great value for money. "The 5 stars were earned 100% by the hostess and our waiter Jake. Their kindness and excellent service were exceptional, and the food was delicious. The manager, at least on site, when we visit, is terrible, so he is really lucky to have employees who - unlike him - put the customer first. We were a big party, originally 12, which became 25; the hostess brought us into an area where we could add tables if necessary, but the manager who was supposed to wear by the way came and said he had just a reservation for 30 and he needed the area. literally the hostess had to tell him that they first came here and Jake came and said they would give us our own room so that we could feel comfortable; what a way to move us by feeling special, unlike his manager. All credit to Jake for his service, for the first time that there are no problems in a restaurant if within a large group, not with the order, or the service, or the bill. Please give your manager a lesson about customer service and credit to your host and jake."

"I ordered through Uber eats, wanting to try a new Thai/Japanese spot. I ordered Thai tea, Cha Cha Cha rolls, Yaki Soba with chicken and the Tempura Cheesecake. Upon delivery I was pleased with the packaging and all my food arrived at the temperature I would expect had I dined in. The Cha Cha Cha roll was decent but I don’t think it was worth ordering again. It lacked flavor and for $20+ I expected a much larger roll. The Yaki Soba noodles were ok. The first thing I noticed is how the noodles all seemed congealed together and it was quite difficult to get them separated with the included chop sticks. The flavor wasn’t anything I would go out of my way to order again, but the portion size was good. The Thai tea was something I was really looking forward to but as soon as I took a sip, I spit it out. The tea tasted like it had been sitting out and had the very distinct stale flavor. I’ve ordered Thai tea from multiple restaurants across the U.S. and I’ve never had an issue but I will never order it from this restaurant again. I have yet to try the tempura cheesecake but fingers crossed that the dessert redeems the amount of money I spent.. $60 for a disappointing meal is ridiculous."

"To start off today my dad's birthday. They were able to accommodate on the spot, a group of 11. The food came out right away, and it was delicious. The waitress Ty was attentive and worked with some of our indecisiveness! Anything we asked for, she remembered and she had great customer service skills. I think my dad loved the birthday singing the most. My dad is a jokester and the waitress understood his sense of humor. This place is very family oriented and theprices are great. We are locals so we will be back. The manager even came around and asked how everything was! Excellent!"

"Not what it used to be.. We ordered alcapurrias and they were the size of a baby 's finger. I drove an hour and 45 minutes because they were the only ones who had Mavi. I purchased three gallons and it was the worst decision I 've ever made they were so watered down it tasted like sugar water with food coloring. Very sad that a once great place to go has gone downhill.. I 'm told there 's a new owner Not Puerto Rican running the place. Food: 1"

"The customer service is horrible. Picked up food tonight and drove the 20 minutes home only to find out 1/3 of my order was missing. Called to say I couldn?t come back another 20 minutes to get the food they forgot to include and to just refund thatpart of the order. Nope- I had to show up in person for a refund. So I offered to come get the tacos and they could refund thatpart if the order when I arrived in person. Nope! Offered absolutely ZERO apology or compensation for their mistake. That?s nothow you keep customers."

"If I could give this place a Zero, I would unfortunately I'm unable to do so. The employees are rude and not properly trained on cross-contamination. They preped my bread and placed it on the cutting board right in front of the raw meat steak and chicken. When I asked to get my bread re-done and placed on the wax paper, the young lady was ver RUDE and very confrontational. Then they completed my sub, and she refused to cut and wrap my sub and said i could unitl she was done with all the other customers that came after me then she would cut and wrap my sub if wanted to wait if not I could just leave . By this time, the manager came out the back and completed the transaction and very apologitc of the situation and individual. This is what a fifteen dollar meal will get you now in days poor service and poor quality food."

"Horrible customer service with a female employee that was working Sunday at 1:30 a.m. picking up an order for Uber eats didn't give me my drink for the customer that I was delivering too. I checked on the receipt and Uber eats app to verify I was missing a drink. I drove around and politely told her I was missing a drink and she loudly said to me I didn't give her time to make the drink but she didn't say anything just handed me the bag close the window and continue taking an order also the employees working in the line was all staring at me with a mean stare. Also, sked for a straw and said no straw. I pick up at the taco bell location there all the time and never had issues because usually is 2 male employees I see working in drive that have the best customer service and drive thru line moves fast."

"Treat yourself and visit the charming Longhorn restaurant! On Mother's Day, we only had a short 10-minute wait. The service is exceptional, with our waitress, Jorge, being the best! We didn't even need to ask for drink refills, and he was right there with them. The staff genuinely cares about your experience. The food is simply AMAZING—everything we tried was incredibly delicious. This was by far the best meal we had during our time in Homestead. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"When it came time to order, we were informed that several menu items were unavailable for a complete meal. My wife opted for a substitute dish. To our surprise, when her plate arrived, it contained only two out of four ingredients we expected. The staff apologized and promised a half-price discount. However, when the bill came, we were charged full price for everything. A beautiful place to forget!"

"We went here today and had a great experience. I love the lights they have in there, it’s very fancy. From the time we walked in, we were greeted the waitresses were very friendly and polite. I thought the empanadas were really good. To our surprise the owner came noticed that my husband and his mom were from the same country as her, Bolivia. It’s very rare to see people from Bolivia here, as there are not very many, and it was pretty cool. The lady owner is from Bolivia and her husband is from Uruguay. Anyways the empanadas were similar to Tucumanas just missing the peas lol . They were filled up very well and served hot just how we like. also the green sauce was so good we asked to take one home The caramel iced coffee was also so good too and made perfectly. Oh and the parking was pretty accessible too"

"I visited this restaurant on Father's Day, June 18th. According to the schedule, they were supposed to be open until 10 PM, and the big red "OPEN" sign was still lit when we arrived at 9:45 PM. However, the manager and another employee treated my family and me with extreme disrespect. They suggested we should go to McDonald's because they wanted to leave, claiming the owner allowed them to close whenever they wished, especially on Father's Day. Can you believe it? The manager even yelled at me to the point where I had to ask her to lower her voice. It was unbelievable and shameful how we were treated, especially as customers looking to spend money at their establishment. Such behavior is unacceptable for a business that serves the community and its families."

"Overall, I enjoyed the meal. I forgot what I ordered here, but it was pretty good. I think I posted a photo of it. Anyway, there wasn 't a wait (we went on a Monday evening) and the staff was very nice. The prices were not too bad and I 'd say that it was worth it. One of the interesting things was that the restaurant streamed music videos on this large projector on one of the walls. I really enjoyed it when they streamed the older songs. For example, 'La Hielera '. This is a different culture from my own but the music was great. I don 't think I 've dined at many establishments where they stream music videos on a large projector. It 's an interesting set-up and I think it fits nicely with the atmosphere. The restaurant itself was very 'cozy ' and located in an OK area. All in all, not a bad dining experience and it 's a place that I wouldn 't mind visiting again."

"I want to start by saying giving this review even one star annoys me. My husband and I went to this location over the weekend, and just needed something quick to eat. We were visiting the area so we were unfamiliar with this particular location. We used our points from the Fridays app to get our food for take out. We ordered two Sizzling Friday 's Signature Whiskey-Glazed Flat Iron Steak . The app prompts for medium well steak so we went with that. However, when we got our food it was anything but medium well, it may as well have been raw meat. The inside of the steak was not cooked at all. And to top it off the restaurant was not busy when we got there or got our food, but we waited for about 30 mins for raw meat. This is by far the worst Fridays I 've ever been to. Hands down. Waste of our points and time."

"Around 5 in the afternoon today, May 5, I excused myself inside the Pollo Tropical restaurant, a place I don't frequent, and when I turned to the cashier, like all the customers who passed by me, she told me a moment, please. . It really didn't take long to serve me, but when I asked for 2 Cuban sandwiches, I introduced a young woman in the kitchen to whether they had any, and she answered yes, anyway, she ordered me 2 chicken sandwiches and I only realized when I saw that they made chicken and not Cuban, when I complained about her mistake she replied that she thought they were chicken, this elderly lady should take more care of her work since with each client she leaves her work area, due to the faces of the rest of the staff If he was very focused on his work and they were kind, this lady made more mistakes than usual."

"The service was friendly and we were seated quickly, with no wait time. The food also arrived surprisingly fast, even though the restaurant was busy. I found the restrooms to be very clean. However, the food itself was not as impressive. I have a tomato allergy, so we ordered the cheese dip, which turned out to be quite thick—similar to a gooey cheese pizza without the liquid tomato sauce. My friends enjoyed the flavor, although they had to scoop it onto their chips in chunks. I ordered shrimp tacos, but unfortunately, I could barely taste the shrimp due to the abundance of greens. Each taco could have used an extra two or three pieces of shrimp to create a better balance."

"Total 7.5/10 Service 7/10 When we first came, the hostess and waiters did not really seem to know what was going on. The waiting staff seemed to be new, so it's good. The servers were asked to take our commands, even though they fought with the tablet-like device they used. They were very friendly and personal if not professional. Food 5/10 When our drinks arrived, some milk shakes were already melted by hot glasses where they were served. My burger was great, but one of our parties had an obviously burned burger. The edges were darkened to impossibility. We are not the way to complain because almost every one of us has worked in industry, but the chefs should know better than to serve. Cleanliness 10/10 The whole place was incredibly clean, and I saw staff bus tables as soon as the customers had gone. The bathrooms were as close to spotless as could be expected from a busy fast-call dining area."
