"Actually, it hasn't been in chilis for years. but the little brother called to hang around, so I met him here. perfect high-top table at bar area, so we can watch the dolphin game. our waitress was a doll when she was super fast friendly and patient. we have planned. for a good part of the game, we started to start eating and they had drinks. on my. surprise that chilis had not lost his touch. bruder said drinks were strong and torf appetizers were really eating. we had the mozzarella sticks that came in 3 and were huge, hot and crispy. the best part was how cheesy it was. we also had the chips with salsa and queso dip. that was fabulous. I am a numb and that was the perfect appetizer to wake up my appetit. I also have a good tasting not al phobic drink and the waitress recommended the mano tee. omg, it was delicious, sweet and refreshing. hubby had the chicken chanting fajitas and left no bite. bruder ended with a cookie and ice dessert that he shared with his wife. we all had a good time and went with satisfied bells. good to know, chilis comes back with good experiences."

"My husband and I had stopped coming to this restaurant because of the horrible service, however; we decided to give it a second chance. We are so glad we did. The food was great and the service was amazing. We were greeted upon our arrival and we did not have to wait 15 to 25 minutes before someone even noticed us st a table. We ordered our food within minutes and it was brought to us at a very reasonable time. Where before we sometimes waited 35 to 40 minutes for the food. I had two chicken tacos and one ground beef. The chicken tacos were amazing, but, I did not like the taste of the ground beef. My husband ordered two chicken enchiladas and one cheese. He said they were great. Overall, their customer service was excellent and the food was even better. If you are in the área and want simple and very reasonably priced Mexican food visit El Toro Taco."

"This Dunkin' is absolutely horrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the older staff make it their mission to harass and bully the younger employees. It's heartbreaking to see young people, who are trying to do something positive by working instead of being out on the streets, being treated so terribly. They’re belittled and disrespected on a daily basis, and it’s disgusting behavior. Second, the manager is completely incompetent. The store is overstaffed with a ridiculous number of employees, yet the operation is still chaotic. It’s obvious there’s no leadership or organization. On top of that, she forces the staff to listen to Christian music all day. While I respect people’s beliefs, this feels entirely inappropriate for a workplace that serves the public. And during Halloween? Not a single decoration. It’s like she doesn’t care about the staff or creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The worst part? She makes her employees work outside even in the rain! It's appalling to see such disregard for the well-being of her team. This place is a mess, and the treatment of the staff alone is enough to make me never come back. Ridiculous and unprofessional!"

"They serve Yeungling on tap alongside the best double mushroom pizza in town. The place is clean, and the service is exceptional. From the bar, you can choose to watch sports or, as I prefer, observe the gentleman skillfully making pizzas in a carousel-like oven. He rings a bell, reminiscent of those in hotels, to notify the servers when the pizzas are ready to be served. The sound has a uniquely Pavlovian effect on me, but I don't mind at all. Everything about this place is fantastic. It reminds me of what old Homestead could have been like if it hadn't devolved into a run-down, disoriented version of Kendall."

"this restaurant has gone drastically down. I waited for 40 minutes for two simple California rolls, to which I was told 20 minutes. When they finally came out, they were completely wrong and not what I ordered. the bar was barely there for the entire 40 minutes I was. the bartender told me the owner forgets to put the orders in all the time, and she had to talk to the owner to get me a discount, but the owner was apologised. after more than 40 minutes and no sushi I asked her to reimburse me the $20 it cost and went out without dinner. I can't talk to the quality of eating, since I actually didn't get to eat, but the service here was formerly amazing."

"After getting my COVID shot, I walked back to Wendy's, but the lights were still off. However, I noticed they were taking orders through the drive-thru. I decided to go inside and stood there for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally, I spoke to the manager on duty and mentioned my mobile order. He informed me that the dining room was closed and suggested I use the drive-thru. I explained that I had walked there and didn't have a car. The dining area should have been open until 8 PM, and I had placed my order well before 7:30. They struggled to find my order, but after explaining what I had ordered, they prepared it for me. When I got home and started eating, I noticed the bacon on my sandwich was burnt to a crisp. I will never return to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is incredibly disappointing."

"It was take out only when we visited. Small family owned restaurant with very good prices for some good food. We got the shrimp fajitas to go as well as three tacos. Tasty and satisfying though I was a bit surprised by the tacos (instead of cilantro/lime/onion that I prefer, it was American style with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese). Unpretentious and just some no frills food. Definitely would recommend this place."

"Man where do I start.... all I wanted was onions on my double cheese burger... but this manager Elisa not only didn 't want to fix our order but also didn 't want to give me a REFUND and also called the cops with false accusations. In the end we got our refund and Elisa the manager banned us for simply wanting our order corrected and or a refund. To avoid future problems we were told by MDC Police not to come back to that establishment She clearly stated I am not giving you a refund and proceeded with calling the authorities........ and all I wanted was a double cheese burger with everything it came with including onions and pickles, that 's all. So in short, be prepared to deal with Police if you have an issue with your order or want a refund at this McDonald 's on us1 and 15st in Homestead."

"I had never been to Polo Tropical before, but was staying in a hotel nearby and decided I would try it. When I went into the lobby there was a line of people who appeared to be waiting to order. Then one of them told me you had to order on the app, so I started to open the website and put in my order. A women then came out and started yelling that the lobby was closed. I asked her if we could order on the app and then wait for it, she said yes. Before I could complete my order a man came from the back room and started yelling at everyone that the lobby is closed and to get out, I told him the other woman had just told us we could order on the app and he said yes, but that will take like 15 minutes so get out. Like I said I had never been to Polo Tropical and now I guess I never will. Didn't seem like the Wendy's restaurant next door minded all the business they were pushing their way though. Customer service goes along way. My first impression will also be my last one. Also, the front doors were not locked and there was no signage on the door stating the lobby was closed. It appeared to me that they were not staffed well enough to handle the drive-thru and the lobby so a decision was made."

"Here on the way down to see the Florida Keys. They were super nice and had great vegan options on the whole menu (not so obvious on the lunch menu, but as soon as I asked, they brought out the complete menu to show me). They were very friendly, and I finally got the Veggie Sushi boat it was huge, but so cheap and very nice made $13 for a great choice! Terrible! My Sis got the volcanic chicken and miso came with him, and she said it was really delicious and had a nice cilantro hint to the taste. We shared the Veggie Spring Roll appetizer, and it was also delicious! Would go back when I found myself in the area!"

"I really love this location! It's definitely my favorite Popeyes among all the ones I've visited in the area. The ability to order ahead is fantastic, and their efficiency is impressive. There have been a couple of times when something was missing from my order, but they have always made it right. During my last visit, they forgot my two extra biscuits, so I went inside to inquire about them. The employee not only gave me the biscuits but also offered me an apple pie as a nice gesture! Their exceptional customer service keeps me coming back!"

"Frequently visit the area due to work. I've been tempted to try this place and finally did. Went for dinner and ordered the Cuban sandwich. It did not disappoint. Portions are are generous and the flavor is authentic. I also got a cafe con leche togo.... otherwise i woudve ordered some arroz con leche. Maybe next time. I read a few reviews concerning customer service. Honestly its not so bad. Immediately seated and my order was taken not too long after. For those who don't want to dine in, they do have a takeout window you can order from."

"I visited this McDonald's twice to try their McCafe Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, but both times the staff informed me that it was unavailable. They have signs advertising it, which was confusing. I also tried calling to inquire, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to a different McDonald's and was able to get the drink there."
