The food was excellent—hot and fresh— and it was ready when I arrived. The only issue was that I was missing two sandwiches, so I had to go inside and wait in line to get my missing items. If I had wanted to go inside, I wouldn't have chosen to order ahead.

Hilda attends the lobby she provided Excellent Customer Service everything was super clean. The food was great, but there was a mix-up with my drink. I ordered a medium Dr. Pepper, but they almost gave me a mocha frappe instead. Fortunately, I was able to point out the mistake to the lady, who was very nice—especially given that Homestead has some not-so-great food options. Overall, the service was quite good.

This McDonald's is way better than the other's and I'm not talking about the food, I'm talking about their customer service in the morning is really good special the guy that is that the window taking orders, he knows how to say good morning he doesn't let you wait for the longest to take your order. Man where do I start.... all I wanted was onions on my double cheese burger... but this manager Elisa not only didn 't want to fix our order but also didn 't want to give me a REFUND and also called the cops with false accusations. In the end we got our refund and Elisa the manager banned us for simply wanting our order corrected and or a refund. To avoid future problems we were told by MDC Police not to come back to that establishment She clearly stated I am not giving you a refund and proceeded with calling the authorities........ and all I wanted was a double cheese burger with everything it came with including onions and pickles, that 's all.
