When we mentioned that a dish had too much onion, she quickly replaced it and apologized, even though it was not her fault. We were impressed by her prompt service and kindness. "Unfortunately, this Tony Sacco's has gone downhill. The overall quality of their pizzas just isn't the same. I am not sure what has happened. It isn't just today. I noticed the quality go down a while ago but I kept giving them a chance and today was the last straw. The sauce and the crust were not good. I was also questioning the cheese as being real. I won't be coming back. Hard to find good pizza nowadays. UPDATE...I gave Tony Sacco's one last chance and the pizza this time was very good. I think I am more of a purist when it comes to pizza. I ordered the Boss which has a lot of toppings and I didn't taste the sauce and cheese. This time I ordered just Pepperoni. Now I can taste the sauce and the cheese."

"We ate here today on Fathers day. We had a party of 7 and once we got inside we noticed signs saying they were extremely short staffed. Our waitress was extremely friendly and stated that they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. To be honest we were a little worried considering we had four kids that were starving. She kept the kids content with chips and salsa and the refills coming and every time she came back to the table she apologized for the wait. When our food came everything was perfect. We understand businesses being short staffed but this woman did a phenomenal job, she went above and beyond tonight! We will definitely be returning"

"I've had several visits to this restaurant, and I've always encountered great service. Tonight, I celebrated my birthday there. Although my steak wasn't exactly to my liking, the staff was very accommodating and cheerful. Anthony was friendly and attentive, and the manager, Michael, also contributed to a pleasant experience. Overall, the meal was delicious, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you! I'll definitely be back."

"We arrived shortly before 5:00 and waited 15 minutes for someone to bring us to a table (the dining room had only one family in it), and then ordered. After the waiter brought the salad, he never came back to see if we needed anything. I wanted to mention that I noticed that the table was dirty after taking our order (letters and crumbs from an earlier customer) and would like it to be so friendly to clean it. Our dinner was brought by someone else who simply put it on the table and left (not give me time to clean the table). My first rib and baked potato was cold and the fish and the chips dinner of my husband was so greasy that the salad under it was covered with fat. She didn't come back to tell her there was a problem with our dinner. (we were here before and never had this problem). Again, no one came to ask if we needed a drink if everything was okay, or if they could get us something. We asked for the bill and went. We didn't say anything because there was no one with whom the waitress left the bill with the money holder on the table and we left it there. Much disappointed. I'll never be here again."

"Worst customer service experience ever! I placed an order for myself, my manager, and my employees, totaling 7 of us. When I received the order, I discovered that one of the items was missing. I called Luigi's to inform them, and the person on the phone claimed they had included a 2-for-1 deal on one of the items. I requested for the missing item to be delivered as soon as possible since I had already waited for an hour and it was their mistake. However, the person said it would take 20 minutes and advised me to contact DoorDash instead. This resulted in me having to pay double the tax, double the tip, and wait twice as long for the delivery. I work for a company with many employees who frequently order food, and I will make sure to never recommend this place again. What is right is right."

"This is the best fast Mexican food around, and it's incredibly delicious as well. I really appreciate the prices, and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. "Not a traditional hibachi restaurant as in you do not sit at a shared table while the chef prepares your food in front of you, so if you need the whole showcase of hibachi this may not be your choice. But.... if you like hibachi and your companion(s) prefer sushi or tempura style food you will appreciate this restaurant. Although I am not a sushi lover I have tried a few items here and I can say everyone in my group truly enjoyed their sushi choices. I enjoyed the chicken and steak hibachi I ordered for dinner and we all enjoyed the beef negimaki we shared as our appetizer. I think this was my favorite item we ate, but it was all very good. The price and service were very good also."

"The restaurant is quick and friendly, but the dishes are heavily sauced. I enjoy the flavors, but I do not want to end up making a mess while trying to eat or enjoy my meal because of the excessive sauce. I prefer not to have my sandwich dripping with sauce on the bread. The wings were covered in a thick layer of sauce, which I found overwhelming. Next time, I may ask for them extra crispy with the sauce on the side. I will remember to request less sauce with my order next time. Overall, I believe this restaurant is quite popular. I recommend trying the buffalo flowers, they are delicious! Cheers!"

"my man and I are of grand rapids. it took us two hours to get to this white lock. we wanted to create the famous film of harold and kumar go to white castle and we have so spontaneously. the bathroom of women was absolutely disgusting. after a two-hour drive without pause, unnecessary to say, I was kind of disappointed. there were dirty toilet paper all over the floor and the actual toilet so that I have the classic squat technique to touch nothing. the wash basins were clean. that was a surprise. since they had a complete staff that did nothing, I would have expected that the bathroom, the table and the chairs are clean?. they have the coca Cola machine where they can choose any other type of drink there. my man and I have both regularly coca cola, small. it was decent. tastes like your average fountain drink, so no surprise there. we ordered $50 in food! twenty of the sliders with cheese. we did not know that they came with pickles (we both despise them), but that is our fault and not the blame of the restaurant. two of the speck and cheese sliders, two of the chicken and cheese sliders, six ct of their chicken rings and two middle pommes. the speck and cheese sliders were a decent bite. the brot was not so tender, and the burger was completely boiled. burger himself (and the speck) we 're lukewarm best as soon as they 'll find out is a common thema. 4/5 the chicken and cheese sliders with their six ct chicken rings were full of fat. the actual hen had a taste that led me to believe that her oil was changed from the frit 't to awhile. cheese was melted, it was the classic American cheddar. the burger overall was just okay, and the hate was not so bad despite all the fat. 3/5The pommes were their basic crisp cut restaurant style. they were cold and excessively salted. I wasn't impressed. 2/5Now is the big event, the 20 ct box of the slider. this was the biggest disappointment in total. we expected so much better quality (we were never in white castle before). each slipper was greasy and the brot was in sharing soggy. the burgers were at the rande of the cold, and there was hardly any wobbles to see on one of the burgers. the pickles went to the semi-melted cheese to create an overall depressing experience for such a hyped up restaurant. well divided. 2/5? ?definitely won't be here, but it was an experience. I expected that eating is made fresh and hot for us, since, as I said, there was a whole staff in the kitchen that did nothing and we were the only people in the restaurant then. there was no waiting for our food, which was pleasant, but I even told the front counter that we would wait until an hour if it meant that eating was fresh. cleanliness of the restaurant missed the brand completely what I can understand when they are ashamed, but the staff had more than enough time to clean up. in this facility, serious improvements must be made."

"However, I was a bit let down when I noticed that I received regular fries instead of the Cajun fries I ordered. Although the regular fries were tasty and had a nice crunch, I was really looking forward to the distinctive seasoning and added kick that the Cajun fries provide. It would have been better if they had been more attentive to my specific order. Despite the mix-up with the fries, I thoroughly enjoyed the overall taste and quality of the food at Five Guys. Their burgers are consistently satisfying, and the milkshake was a delightful indulgence. I just hope they can pay closer attention to orders in the future to enhance the overall customer experience."

"Rude, rude and rude. You would figure that if you’re a shop owner serving a mediocre (at best) and overpriced cup of coffee you would at least treat customers with a little gratitude; I haven’t been directly affected by this but I have seen the owner of this shop scream and yell at customers on multiple occasions while drinking my coffee for such petty things; I have never seen anything like this. I have had it… this shop’s owner is so rude that I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere and at the very least to a coffee shop that doesn’t make its customers feel weird and uncomfortable while just enjoying a cup of coffee — proceed at your own risk."

"If I could give less stars I would..Does not open when supposed to.says 10:45 We had went for lunch at 11:45 to find a sign on the door that said.. We are not open till 12 .we are having lunch. While 5 employees sit and have company lunch.. we had waited with others outside in the rain until they finished their lunch. At this point we had finally got together 4 bowels . Then they had asked me if I wanted them covered I said yes they were to go. They had said they have no covers for a couple days and put tinfoil on top and mushed them flat and stacked them in the bag . What a mess when your guacamole is all over the bag and everything is stuck to tinfoil. ."

"We arrived Sat, mid afternoon, the place was not crowded. Tables and menus were sticky!! Yuck!! Our waitress, who was very nice seemed a bit overwhelmed. She took our drink order then ran off before we could ask for appetizers. As she nearly ran past our table she placed my sons soda o. The table without pausing. When she finally had a second, she stopped by and apologized. She was by herself and very hectic, her help had just arrived. We felt bad for her. I ordered a beer from their large beer choices, she did not know what I wanted so I showed her. She had to go to the bartender to see if they had it. She brought it too me saying they have 2 names for it and they go by the other one (which is not listed on the menu, not sure what that was about) Food came and my sons and wife were fine, they enjoyed their food. I ordered the pull pork sliders that were on the limited time menu. She brought the regular pulled pork sandwich. I was disappointed and the temp was warm, not hot. I thought the place, overall was expensive for what we had, 3 sandwiches (pulled pork, burger and chicken) 1 appetizer, it was the combo and all of it was good, 1 soda, 2 beers and 1 mule) bill was about $120. I pulled gove them a second chance."

"We were greeted right away and seated quickly, receiving attentive service from our friendly waitress, who answered all our questions. To start, we ordered a Bud Light and an Old Fashioned. The beer was cold, crisp, and refreshing, while the Old Fashioned had a more average taste. For our appetizers, we tried the Parmesan garlic wings, which were a definite hit! The wings were fried to perfection and coated in a delicious Parmesan paste with a hint of parsley. I highly recommend trying them instead of traditional wing sauces. For our main courses, we had the Bacon Turkey Avocado BLT, which was thick and fresh—definitely a hearty sandwich. I opted for the fresh cheeseburger topped with mushrooms and house-made sauce, along with a sprinkle of blue cheese. Both sandwiches were served with tasty onion rings. Overall, our lunch came to $65, and it was well worth it."

"I’m sorry to say that my last few visits to this restaurant have been quite disappointing. I experienced issues with the drive-thru, which didn’t seem to activate when I arrived. I waited for a significant amount of time, moving forward and back without anyone responding. When I finally decided to go to the window, the staff just stared at me for a while and didn’t approach right away. Eventually, a woman came to the window—I'm assuming she was a manager—and she was very rude. When I mentioned that the speaker might not be working, she snapped back that I clearly hadn’t pulled up to the right spot, which was surprising since I order here frequently without any problems. This happened a few weeks ago. Today, I ordered online and picked up food for several people. When I opened my burrito bowl, I found it only about a third full. I've never had that happen before, as I always order the same thing. It seems like something has changed at this location, and I’m not inclined to pay high prices for declining service and food quality. There are too many dining options in town to continue supporting this place."

"not what I expected. I guess I expected too much or the Red Olive near (Warren) me is far superior. the food was average at best. we had fried clams (bad), chicken sandwich (ok) and pasta with marina sauce (can't mess that up) ahhh and cheese sticks (the ranch was runny) this is just simple food. their menu is much more extensive, so I'd stay away from anything abstract!! it was cold inside the restaurant, and empty for 630 on a Friday, so the atmosphere in general doesn't exist. at times there is awkward silence ? even the ? is on mute! weird ? Parking: plenty of free parking"

"If I could leave no stars I would. Working for a business and placed an order for 5 PEOPLE. on the website it says you can deliver. Well. If you want to deliver from Panera you better hope you only want one thing delivered. The order came out to 116. Keep in mind there was 30$ worth of fees and tips. They have cancelled our order. We called to see why our order was cancelled. The first excuse was they were short staffed, understandable we would come pick it up. But then the manager said that order was now considered a “catering” order. 5PEOPLE. that is now catering. Said anything over 100.00 is catering. with all the tips and fees that’s the only reason it was over $100.00. Manager was rude and sounded like she didn’t even care and didn’t want to help us."
