"Worst customer service experience ever! I placed an order for myself, my manager, and my employees, totaling 7 of us. When I received the order, I discovered that one of the items was missing. I called Luigi's to inform them, and the person on the phone claimed they had included a 2-for-1 deal on one of the items. I requested for the missing item to be delivered as soon as possible since I had already waited for an hour and it was their mistake. However, the person said it would take 20 minutes and advised me to contact DoorDash instead. This resulted in me having to pay double the tax, double the tip, and wait twice as long for the delivery. I work for a company with many employees who frequently order food, and I will make sure to never recommend this place again. What is right is right."

from here tonight. simple 2 pastas and garlic knots. pasta was in order, only the garlic knots were visibly burned and was like biting in literally golf balls. isn't messing with my claw knots and not trying to break my teeth?

First time we tried Luigi’s and we had it delivered. The pizza dough could have been cooked longer and needed more cheese, the cheese steak was ok and the chicken tenders A+. The real downfall was that the food was cold.Maybe I will try them again and pick up the food myself.

I was a regular customer, I called today to order a roma panini, I told the staff that picked up the call I didn't get as the last time that I ordered because I didn't like the type that was cooked, his answer was not ordering, that is the way are huhn personal very rude, I won't order again from them as I was an expert on a customer.

I’ll start by saying the cheese pie was good. The customer service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. My go to pie is the margherita which I also ordered but it was completely inedible. Undercooked, sloppy, cheese was just, no words. Wish I took a pic before tossing the whole thing (after trying to give it back). I called to ask for a refund on the one pie they said call back in a half hour.. really?! So we do just to get a rude owner trying to convince us the pie was actually good and refused to make it right in any way at all.
