"Not impressed. I was seated and it took about 15 minutes for someone to take my drink order. It's 9:30 at night so not very many people in the restaurant. I ordered the birria tacos. And just let me say, that's not what I was givin. I basically received soft shell tacos with some super spicy nasty green sauce. These are supposed to come with a red sauce that they have been dipped and pan fried in. (I hate soft tacos) If I wanted overpriced nasty soft tacos I would have ordered that. $70 for 3 people to eat. I left hungry... so I'm beyond disappointed. I used to come often, I would get a #6. But I'm tired of soggy grease filled unflavored tacos and wanted to try something else. I was totally wrong and we will never be back. If you want unseasoned nasty food... this is the place for you. I'm going to stick to kansas city for now on, im tried of supporting local businesses that just cant get it right. Only thing I would ever recommend from here would maybe be the salsa and rice. Seriously though, go somewhere else unless you have no taste buds."

"ordered 5 sandwiches 2 blt, 2 mancini clubs, and a meatball and an salat got something not blt. not sure what it was, but looked like a buck slop. if they complained, would not be a credit or refund. disgusting. had to make another trip and had to wait again until 2 new sandwiches had to be made and false returned. no compassion. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, it was said that she will tell you the same thing. low customer service. definitiw not customers first and terrible service."

"my experience at P.F chang was so amazing. eating was immaculate. the service was the best of all server chloe w. was 5 stars. if it were for me, I would have given her 100 stars. she was very polite and understanding for all my needs. the manager conan has checked on my table often to ensure that everything was great, which I really appreciated. about halfway through my culinary experience I wanted to drag into the bar to watch the game. As soon as I did mine, I was moved in a hurry. that was great that at the end of the game I saw the lions play and they saw win. the bar tinder dana w. and lainey gave me both the best drink I ever got in a restaurant. they were really understanding with my needs and helped me find the perfect drink. these 4 people made my experience in P.F Chang’s to remember, I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great time and good food. the only retreat from my experience was that I didn't know how to hack, but my server had forks ready for me. this restaurant total was 15 out of 10 it was great the people great music great and great eating."

"The experience at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful! I wouldn't even recommend it to a dog. The pizza was poorly prepared, with some parts undercooked and others overcooked, simply thrown into the box. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, Daniel, who expressed his apologies and mentioned that there were new cooks. He instructed me to contact DoorDash for a refund, despite the fact that the error originated from the restaurant. He was unhelpful and made it clear that he wouldn't assist me further. This situation is concerning enough that I plan to file a complaint with the health department; I believe they should inspect this establishment, as something is definitely off. I rate this place 0/10. I highly recommend trying Beggars Pizza up the street in Lansing, Illinois instead; their customer service is outstanding. You’ll thank me later!"

"The Eastside used to be my favorite. When I ate their food, it was a rewarding experience to me, and I've recommended this place to many of my friends.Things start to change a couple of years ago. Chicken starts to be too oily, although it's still delicious, the flavor's still right, as long as you do not eat there everyday, it's still the place to goBut the chicken I ordered recently is totally disappointing. The coating is brownish, and hard to chew. It used to be perfect golden. The meat is a little bit dry. I think anyone who cook often enough can do a better job."

"I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I was disappointed with the General Tso chicken and fried rice combo I ordered. The chicken didn't resemble General Tso's chicken and tasted more like orange chicken. It seemed undercooked and comparable to school cafeteria food. The only saving grace was the fried rice, which was decent. Overall, I was very let down by the chicken dish. It seemed hastily prepared and lacked flavor. I can only give this restaurant 2 stars."

"It's ok.The burgers are decent but sometimes are sloppily put together. I feel some of the up charges are ridiculous... example an additional $1.79 for garlic fries and not even bottomless. Even when getting regualr fries I put the empty container at the end of the table with my half eaten burger in my hand... I still usually always have to ask for more fries.I get not wanting to give away fries more than necessary but also don't make your customers request something that's advertised when it's obvious the table needs more fries... or refills.One other thing worth mentioning is I never see the manager on duty at this location. I see all the employees cleaning and hard at work but no manager to be seen. Possibly they just looked too much like an associate and I missed it.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and provide crayons for the little ones to draw."

"There are no reservations available in the tap room. I had a $100 gift card and wanted a table for six to celebrate a friend's birthday. The prices in the wine bar are incredibly high, so I assume we will have to wait for a table. The service is terrible, and when I called to discuss a special request, they were not willing to accommodate. The $100 gift card turned out to be useless. I would recommend saving your money and going to Buddies instead."

"My boyfriend and I came here tonight for his birthday dinner. Our draft beers were super cold, which was awesome. Coldest beers we’ve ever had! Our food came out very hot, and even though the appetizer wasn’t done before our meal, our waiter and the staff were super courteous and took it off the bill no questions asked and made sure we were properly accommodated every step of the way. Our first time, and we will definitely be back."

"I recently dined at a restaurant with a fantastic location in the city. The ambiance inside was wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy a meal. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was delicious. However, the service was a bit lackluster. My order included a few items that I had specifically requested to be left off my sandwich, but I decided not to make a fuss about it. I simply set the unwanted items neatly on my plate, and it seemed the server noticed, although I didn't feel the need to say anything. Strangely, that was the only interaction we had during our hour there. After a while, when I had finished eating, I managed to catch the server's attention to request some takeout boxes. Overall, the dining atmosphere was enjoyable, and the prices were reasonable!"

"Today was my first time visiting this establishment and I will visit again. I didn't know this place existed, but lucked up on it while running errands and looking for a spot to order lunch. I ordered a tip wing combo w mixed sauce, string beans and cole slaw. I like how the tips were meaty and cut thin. The wings were crispy and seasoned pretty good. With how the price of things have gone up, the portion was okay for the price. The cole slaw and sauce was good, didn't really taste any hot sauce; but it had a good taste. The only thing I found that needed improvement, was the seasoning on the string beans and meat. The string beans and meat were rather salty; I have a high tolerance for salt. The salt over powered any other seasoning. On my second visit, hopefully, everything will taste better."

"The woman working at this restaurant tonight was awful. She had a terrible attitude towards me when I was experiencing a medical issue that affects my perception. From the moment I walked in, she was rude until the end of my visit. When I mentioned that I hoped her night would improve because of her attitude, her only response was "have a good night." It was clear she was delighted when my phone fell, as she commented to a Meijer worker about karma and how she had seen it happen. I don't think it's possible to receive worse service, and I hope she is fired, especially since she believes so strongly in karma."

"Went for dinner and decided to go with the burrito as it was on special and the server recommended it. This was the first time I've had their burrito and it was delicious. They use their chili instead of enchilada sauce and it was delicious. Came with a few chips and the whole thing was enough to fill me up, felt I got a good value. "This was our first time at Peoples Kitchen, a restaurant we had been wanting to try for a while. The food is very diverse and vegetarian/vegan friendly, with a limited menu that offers outstanding quality. The service was quick and friendly, although it could have provided more detailed information about the dishes. The only drawback was the ambience and noise level in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning. While it may not be the most affordable option, the quality of the food justifies the price. "I have visited this restaurant three times in the last few months. I have tried the club and steak and cheese grinders, both of which were excellent. On another visit, I had a Cobb salad which had mostly shredded iceberg lettuce but plenty of toppings to make up for it. The staff is visible while you order and pick up your food, and it is clear they work hard, especially during the lunch rush. I will definitely return in the future."

"I am super dissatisfied with my service. When placing an order I asked multiple times for extra barbecue and seasoned fries. I got neither of those things and when I called some man I talked to told me that I never asked for those things when I asked 3 times. He was super rude this makes me never want to come back and I love happy’s . I will not be eating the fries unseasoned and I’m completely dissatisfied with my ribs as they are not how I wanted them. I even purchased extra fries it’s seasoning and they did not give me the seasoning on it and I will not be eating it. Both people I talked to did not offer good service at all I wouldn’t recommend it at all."

"Visited the Green Dot this week while visiting Lansing. The ownership has created a new leadership team that is infectious. They know the Lansing area well and cater to all sorts of different groups of people. The bar has events scheduled for each night and the bar/restaurant offers something for all that come in. They have darts, pool, beer pong, corn hole, inside bags, Jenga, connect 4 (a large version), seating for up to 250 plus, a newly remodeled dance floor, a full bar and a restaurant that’s ran by a very skilled chef and staff. They can offer up catering services as well as host large events. If you’re looking for something to do in Lansing, this is the place to be. Welldone to all of them. Some of the best times I’ve had in a long time.Vegetarian options: Truffle Fries and a Vegan Slider option. "If you have experienced real Mexican food and you come here with the expectations of authentic Mexican food. You will be disappointed. The food was edible but not pleasant. Their queso however was pretty good. They did have exceptional customer service and provided a refund without me even asking. Unfortunately I am an absolute die hard fan of Mexican food and I'm in lansing on a work trip looking forward to get some great food and the food was overall just disappointing"
