yesterday at my birthday dinner with 10 others were here and had no good experience! I had to fill my own pop after waiting 25min because it was not often checked for us. I ordered pommes with my meal I never got that I remembered them three times and still got none.

Bar tender Eddy was fantastic totally took care of every detail and offered ideas to switch up out orders to better occomodate us even saving us a couple bucks. She was a 10 for sure. Great personality for the job and the skills to match we were very pleased with our meal and service.

Went here to celebrate my birthday dinner with a friend. Our server Erin was AMAZING! She was very attentive and friendly, we never had to ask for a refill, she just went above and beyond. I have changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I just realized that I had dozens of times here and in 5 years never had a question of any kind. absolutely ingenious eating, my favorite place to go a decent burger and drink. service is always great and everyone is super friendly and helpful. even through the pandemic they were great.

Waitress was great, she was very attentive and helpful. Checked on us multiple times. Food came out quickly. My mom's food wasn't made the way she ordered it, they promptly took it back and remade it for her. The manager brought it out to make sureall was well. I also noticed the manager was very attentive to what was going on in the restaurant, she was visible and constantly observing what was going on. It was a wonderful visit! View menu

Burgers are generous portioned and the smoked bacon is amazing. I love the onion rings along with the dipping sauce. All Burgers come with bottomless fries but if you want to have onion rings, while they are not bottomless there is a small up charge. Theyhave several good kids meals. The only reason I did not give this experience five stars is because the salad my granddaughterordered from the children's menu had an odd chemical taste. She chose not to eat it. She said the ranch they brought to go withthe salad was amazing. My husband enjoyed the bottomless fries as usual. It wasn't too loud and it wasn't too quiet. Ourwaitress was very friendly and helpful.

It's ok.The burgers are decent but sometimes are sloppily put together. I feel some of the up charges are ridiculous... example an additional $1.79 for garlic fries and not even bottomless. Even when getting regualr fries I put the empty container at the end of the table with my half eaten burger in my hand... I still usually always have to ask for more fries.I get not wanting to give away fries more than necessary but also don't make your customers request something that's advertised when it's obvious the table needs more fries... or refills.One other thing worth mentioning is I never see the manager on duty at this location. I see all the employees cleaning and hard at work but no manager...

Service there was a nightmare. Granted, I showed up last to the party I was with, but they would have mentioned that there was someone else coming. Ordered a burger, and I guess they 're options are either well done or raw. I asked for a little pink, andgot basically a live cow for a burger. I had no utensils, no napkins, and no refill on my drink. I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM TOGRAB PAPER TOWELS JUST SO I CAN CLEAN MY HANDS FROM THE SLIMY PINK BURGER! Our server almost had no care to come back and ask ushow we were doing. But, she did manage to come back one time before we got our bill.
