"I had Red Robins for the first time last week. It was one of the best burgers I ever had. Just to make sure it wasn 't a fluke, I went with my wife. They brought it out for me and again I was truly satisfied, we both were. Today, my wife (who 's pregnant) asked me to bring her home some today. I call and order, and William says it will be ready in 15mins and to pull up to curbside and someone will bring it out. I come as instructed, this time no one comes out.i wait five minutes and still no one. I go in and there is William talking with other staff with a fake greeting. I give him my name thinking it wasn 't ready yet, but he goes to the table where my food had already been sitting. I paid, grabbed my food, and left thinking the food will take away from the recent unpleasant encounter. When I opened the box, it looked nothing like the first two experiences. The fries were cold, the burger was nasty an I 'm thinking to myself, what 's the wife 's meal going to taste like when I get i home??? I hate to say it, but Red Robin on horizontal Rd, you 've lost a new, loyal customer..."
