"We met the street for our honeymoon on the same night and decided to get our first married dinner from RR because we love it. I ordered 2 Veggie Burger and extra Pommes and we took them on the way to the highway, so we ate on the way. I miss the Fritten, not Biggie, I can negotiate, but we were charged $8 extra for impossible Pattys instead of Veggie and they were the most exciting things we had ever tasted. It was extremely disappointing. Make sure your employees know the difference and give the customer what they demand. I will say this is only the second time I was? ve had a really tricky experience here, the first was a milkshake exploded over me scattered out of the glass because the employee took a hot glass out of the dishwasher and made a cold drink in it immediately. Bad news. And we've never been offered a compliment. They told us they didn't know what to do. You even charged me extra for the replacement. But these are big deals. We love RR and stay back. I just hope that this will not be a new normal and hopefully these kinds of things can be addressed and fixed?"

The burgers at Red Robin are truly exceptional! Every bite bursts with amazing flavors, making me both happy and a little sad as I realize I’m one step closer to finishing. However, the card machines at the tables were a bit confusing and not very easy to use. Despite that, my overall experience was fantastic!

I've dined here around six times, and I must say the burgers are fantastic. My favorite is the Royal Robin Burger (if I remember the name correctly). When the restaurant gets very busy, the quality can drop slightly, but it's not a major issue—just something I’ve noticed. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a delicious burger. Enjoy!

Had to eat with my fussy 15 month old daughter practically on my lap the entire time because they didn?t have any high chairs with a seat belt. Anyway I got a bacon cheeseburger which I took a photo of upside down. The burger was good. I have been to a bunch of Red Robin?s over my life and this was definitely a Red Robin. Which is a pretty good thing.

Honestly, among all the burger places in town, Red Robin stands out as the best I’ve tried. Everything is always fresh and hot, and the quality of the meat is top-notch—it doesn’t have that filler taste. The service is quick, and the food is better than what you get at Fuddruckers, with prices that are more affordable than Five Guys. Plus, they offer a rewards program that can help you save money if you go there often. View menu

I've never had a bad experience at this Red Robin, and today was no exception. The food was excellent, and our server, Niah, provided outstanding service. The wraps and sandwich were flavorful, and the fries were nice and crispy. Niah made sure our drinks were always full and was incredibly polite and courteous. Thank you to the Red Robin team for a wonderful lunch. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

At Red Robin, we were served an uncooked Impossible Burger, and my wife only took a few bites before realizing it was cold and raw. The manager did come over and took that item off our bill, but honestly, I hoped they would cover the entire bill as a gesture of goodwill. We still paid for the rest of our meal, but my wife left the restaurant feeling hungry. The rest of the menu didn’t quite make up for the disappointment.

I have enjoyed the rotating menu at Red Robin, and my most recent visit was quite nice. I ordered the turkey BLT, and while I thought there was a little too much mayo on the sandwich, it was very flavorful. If I choose to order it again, I'll just ask for less mayo. My only criticism is that their draft beer selection lacks variety. It leans heavily toward IPAs and lagers, missing options like red ales, porters, or stouts. Overall, I had a pleasant meal and am looking forward to my next visit. View menu

The staff was quite rude during my visit. When I received the wrong takeout order, the manager on duty wasn't helpful at all. I had to throw my meal away, and we will not be returning. I just want a refund, as I am gluten-sensitive. I specifically ordered my meal without a bun but still ended up with gluten. This is the third time this has happened. A few months ago, I asked for no cheese for my son, who is sensitive to dairy, but instead, he got a cheeseburger. On top of that, the staff was unpleasant.

I hadn't been to Red Robin in years, so I decided to take my kids out for lunch and we stopped by. The restaurant wasn't crowded, it was very clean, and the aroma of delicious food filled the air. My kids were thrilled, as it was their first time dining there. We took a seat and ordered drinks first; our server was incredibly accommodating and polite. She was very kind to my children and managed everything smoothly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive, and it was served hot and fresh. Our burgers were seasoned perfectly. The kids particularly loved the bottomless steak fries, going back for two or three helpings. By the end of our meal, we were all too full to order dessert. O...

"I don’t like to give a 1 Star since even I typically chalk it up to a picky customer but an exception needs to be made. So many thing wrong with my lunch there yesterday I will just list them to keep this shorter. They were pretty busy but those are the times a business must be at their best and ensure customers understand and are treated fairly. 1. 4 customers who arrived 10 minutes after me had their food orders taken and served before me and I had already waited 12 minutes prior to their arrival. 2. Only 1 waitress on duty who when I said I know your busy but it’s best to at least serve your customers in order of their arrival since that is something we can all understand and except to some degree. When I said that she stormed off and never returned (it was after I had my sandwich and was asking for a water) 3. Ruben Sandwich was terrible 4. Chips came with it and it looked like it was the bottom of the bag. You know where you need a spoon to try to eat them. Literally 80% of them were smaller than a pencil eraser. 5. Upon checkout I was asked how was my sandwich by the manager/owner (not sure) to which I replied marginal at best and the chips needed to be eaten with a spoon (I didn’t have one and would not have done that anyway) she deflected by saying “we’re really busy”. Did not address the poor food or not being capable to serve in order of arrival which is important for a downtown lunch time experience when your on the clock. Stay away from this place that didn’t want to hear customer feed back delivered in a polite calm manner. Poor service and crappy food equals a failure in the food industry. Other option in downtown Chambersburg."
