"This was a horrible experience. Ordered in the drive thru. After paying and waiting in line, I got to the pickup window. Shortly after, a woman appeared with a receipt and money. She said sorry, we don't have the strawberry shake. I simply said. I have a question. Why is it that everytime I come here I can't get a shake. Her ride reply was, why do you come here so late. E have to clean it. I let her know that I've been there at earlier times such as 900 and can't get one. She snapped back at me, well it breaks and we have to get it fixed every two weeks. Granted it was 1053, open hours still, and nobody could say anything about this as I ordered it even when I payed. Once I was handed the food rudely, not offered another beverage as I had upgraded to the shake, I told the woman that her attitude sucked. While saying this, she slammed the window shut, stuck out her lower lip, and gestured a thumbs down to me. What a horrible way to treat your guests. Makes one wonder when the grills and fryers get shut off and how long food had sat so they can clean them also? Maybe she should ask herself why she works there? If you don't like your job, quit. I was a restaurant manager for over 20 years and her way of handling this was appalling and flat out rude. If this was my restaurant, I would be absolutely embarrassed."
