The smokiness was just right, the meat was juicy and hot, and while I didn’t weigh it, it was clear that both portions were easily a pound each. I'm not usually a fan of barbecue sauce; I prefer to enjoy the natural flavors of the meat, which this did wonderfully. However, I did try their spicy BBQ sauce, and it was delicious, complementing the meats perfectly. This isn't just good by Midwest standards; it truly competes with some of the best barbecue joints in Memphis, Texas, North Carolina, and beyond."
