I was pleasantly surprised to find chessboards set up on many of the tables, so we had a great time playing against each other while indulging in our treats. "I was hoping this location would match the quality of the now-closed Fairview Heights Show-Mes, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The spicy BBQ sauce was far from spicy. The server was friendly, but she forgot my order after I had clearly communicated everything I wanted. She returned just a minute later to ask for my order again. It took about 25 minutes for my 20 wings to arrive, even with only a few other customers in the restaurant, most of whom were just having drinks. On a positive note, the fries were hot and crispy. The seating areas are quite nice, and the large patio is a great feature."

"Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly. They were so rude. They told us we could leave our stroller outside or under the booth (with us) we had it hanging out by about 1 ft they said that wouldn’t work. So we put it in the car went to grab a high chair to put our 9 month old in that’s only allowed for tables. Not booths. What?????? There were no tables available so we had to hold our baby and they could have cared less. If I wasn’t with someone who wanted to try there I would have got up and left. Why don’t you just put a sign on the door that says bo babies allowed? I will never be back. Your food only gets you so far when your customer service is so bad. I’ve been twice now both times the customer service was bad but this time was a never again experience."

"However, I was quite disappointed with the Chicken Parmesan dinner, which felt like a rip-off at $18. What I received was an extremely thin piece of chicken that was overwhelmed by a thick layer of breading. Instead of being crispy, it was soggy and uneatable. I would strongly recommend skipping that dish. On a positive note, the sausage sandwich we ordered was enjoyable. However, there was a mix-up with the sides. When I asked the waitress, she assured me that it came with one, but that turned out to be incorrect. It was my mistake for not confirming, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, I might consider returning, but I’ll be more cautious about my choices if they don't meet expectations next time."

"I have been here several times, and I almost didn’t come back because of my last experience with a bartender who’s name I can not remember. However, it started with an “s” terrible attitude. But, this bar is close to home, so, I gave it another shot and luckily we had a drastically different experience. Danica took the time to explain the drink menu when my phone wasn’t working. She asked me what I preferred (dry, sweet, bitter, beer, wine, liquor etc) and she made recommendations based on my preferences, that I absolutely loved. She’s been so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the drinks, area, etc. I am so glad I gave this place another shot! Danica is amazing. I have a large party coming up, and I am definitely looking to host it here with Danica because of her outstanding service tonight!"

"If you love coffee, this is a great place to go. They roast their own beans and have a huge selection to choose from. I love the Dynasty blend they use for their espresso. It's a large cafe with plenty of indoor seating and a large room that can be reserved for private groups. Baked goods and food can also be ordered at the cashier and includes typical breakfast and lunch fare. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with the cafe on the ground floor."

"We go to OTP once or twice a week for dinner. Good pub food, great drinks and great service. I stopped by for lunch and had wings wings with bleu cheese dressing. Wings and dressing were great. Everything was great until I received the bill. TWO DOLLARS for the small side of dressing. I completely understand that bleu cheese dressing is more expensive than ranch, bbq etc but $2? I suggest putting the price of any dressings/dips on the menu when it's an up charge."

"Edit to ask PLEASE cook your crinkle cut fries longer. They are usually still hard in the middle and sometimes limp. Yesterday I even asked for them to be cooked longer, but it didnt happen. Still love this place, just a request for the future because I've heard others say the same. Also the bacon cheeseburgers are amazing when the bacon is cooked fully and crisp this used to be the norm here but the last 2 times I had one it was rubbery, unfortunately, so I stopped ordering them just in case that's the new normal. I just switched to ordering a cheeseburger without the bacon and they're also fantastic! Love their burgers and fries. The bacon cheeseburger is fantastic!"

"Awesome food! Best we 've found in St. Charles over the years. Can 't go wrong with the Guacamole Bites and the ambience of their outdoor seating is hard to beat! It 's been a few years since we 've gone and we were happy to see that the food, quality, and service is just as good since before the pandemic and inflation/staffing shortages. I want to give 5 stars because everything was great tonight, but we took our daughter for the free kids meal on Thursday night with purchase of an entree, but we were still charged for it because we got $14 burgers, and not the $16 dinner options... The free kids meal ad on the menu doesn 't specify a dinner entree , just says entree . Our server even said that was his bad for not explaining that to us beforehand... Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world, but it should for sure be addressed and made more clear for future customers. Honestly, any meal that 's not on the kids menu should count as an entree."

"The manager then asked another presumed manager in the back for guidance on processing the refund. After about five minutes of troubleshooting, she returned to the other manager, who suggested it wasn't worth her time and simply told her to issue the refund. The manager at the register processed the refund, swiped our food, and walked away without offering any additional comments. While we were frustrated by the experience, we remained polite and respectful. We noticed another group who was facing the same issues as us. If the restaurant is relying on a young staff to operate the front, management needs to be more engaged instead of hanging out in the back. We will not be returning to this Culver's location any time soon."

"I live near La Carreta and have visited quite often since 2014. Something changed in the past year, and not in a good way. I’ve ordered takeout the 3 times, and my stomach was upset (queasy and nauseated) each time after eating my food. Another thing I didn’t like is they charge a $3 fee for takeout orders. Excuse me? I leave my house, drive to your business to pick up food, and I get charged an additional fee? Lost a long time customer in me. Between the poor food quality and ridiculous added fees that aren’t mentioned at the time of ordering, I’m done with this restaurant."

"that is a small restaurant with big aromen. I had the path mi, and I told them everything was on the game. the star is the bbq gay. sweet with smokey undertones and a very satisfying chew. the gurke and picked carrots take what would be a note sweet and beat it with the right balance of mad and crispy. the jalapenos work with the Sriracha-Aoli to overthrow the spiciness without going over the top. the bungalow is not imitated here. very nice crawling outwards and smooth on the inside. it really does the sandwich. the millfries must also be mentioned. you could go with regular pommes like my wife. you will regret it as well as her. Don't get me wrong, the French pommes are great. but these millfries are small explosions of taste, which fries seem pointless. another note. my son got the hot dog meal and loved it. the offered fruit was generous and the child loved it. the hot dog came on a whole weizen beans. I appreciate the boy of health, but he just add the dog without the hate. the workers were incredible and seemed generously engaged with the great experience. everything in all is worth the trip when they are in st. charles."

"The food was pretty good. The service was pretty good. I got one of their signature items. So I would assume that it would be one of the best items on the menu, it was a burger, I don 't remember the name of it, but it was served on an English Muffin. Overall it was an okay burger. The sweet potato waffle fries were great! But the burger wasn 't much of a standout. I wasn 't impressed with the English Muffin as a bun it was really heavy and dry. If I were to be in the area again and was looking for that kind of food, I would likely seek other options. As far as the bar goes, they have a great variety of beer options, and they have several screens running several different sports simultaneously, so if you want to watch a game and grab some beer and appetizers, they would be a great option. So really probably a 3 star dinner experience, but a 5 star bar experience, so I will go with 4 stars overall."

"I'm here for the birthday party of my niece. I was very surprised at how much room there was to drive around. there were also many tables. I noticed that there were several children playing together. that's wonderful. I was told that salvatore sacrificed the food for the party and everything was delicious. the place was very, very clean and the barkeepers were so friendly and friendly. they not only kept eyes open on the huge bar and made sure everyone had what they wanted, but they also stopped with the dining room. take away the dirty dishes with a smile) while they also asked these customers if they could do something else for them. I live near first capital and fifth street and there is not a bar / restaurant that has ever gone the distance, like salvatore’s at the day of my nie b tag party. many thanks for feeling like a part of their family"

"I had a wonderful experience at Longhorn Steakhouse! If you’re in the mood for a Western atmosphere combined with delightful food and outstanding service, this is the place to be. The decor and layout were impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, the food was fantastic. My husband ordered a steak, which came out overcooked at first; he requested it medium rare but received it well done instead. We sent it back, and they returned it perfectly cooked. To our surprise, they took $20 off our bill without us even asking, which we truly appreciated. Our waitress was excellent, constantly checking in on us. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family, I highly recommend this restaurant. Expect to spend around $20 to $30 for a main course, but you can also get a burger for $13. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my burger was, especially for the price. Kids’ meals start at $6 and are definitely worth it!"

"The food was just average, and the prices were quite high. We ended up paying $18 for a pizza, plus $3.75 for the first topping and $3 for the second. Other adults in our group faced similar prices for their sandwiches, pasta, wraps, and so on. It took nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. Given the prices, I expected much better quality, or I would have been fine with the mediocre food for a lower cost. It seems the appeal of this place is its location in New Town, and the pinball room is meant to justify the high prices. We won’t be dining here again, but I hope the new Mexican restaurant opening soon will offer better quality for the price."

"This was our first visit to what used to be one of our favorite restaurants, Trailshead. I’m not a beer drinker, so I can’t comment on that, but the three people I was with really enjoyed theirs. The service was good, and the place looked just like I remembered. Our food was served very quickly, and we all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie, which was delicious, but the portion was noticeably smaller than what the others received. Next time, I think I'll try the Smoked French Dip, which is $3 less. We still miss Trailshead, but this visit was enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back soon."

"if they didn't try tocanos, what are they waiting for? I was nervous trying, but I shouldn't have done it. first I called and verified hours. the person who answered the phone was polite and even asked if we wanted to make a reservation. made the reservation and came in. the person who sat us was so polite. she explained everything to us and brought us to smile. they give them their drink and an extra decanter that is all filled so they don't run dry. soda was crisp and tasted super. for everything they can eat salat festival, flown into salatbar. the selection is amazing. every single thing was the right temperature and was fresh! sit down and the meat comes. I recommend the Teriyaki cow, mango white fish, speck wrapped truthahn and rosmarin salmon! the people who kill the food with smiles stopped you. the salatable and meat together is perfect. cutting the full of cute meat with a bite salad stopped me from getting the meat slender! I only have two problems. 1. The bathroom has a stall that locks them when they close the door, but this is more fun than problem. 2. I'm not close enough. lincoln county missouri needs 1 please! "We live on the East Coast, so we only visit this area once a year, and this is one of our must stop places. We are always on the hunt for good Mexican, and this is one of our goods. They have a wide variety of burritos and many other options to satisfy any taste. I tend to jump around on the menu, allowing myself to try different things. I've tried several of the burritos, and they were all delicious. All stuffed with tons of meat, rice, beans, etc., and covered with sauces ranging from the green verde sauce which is really good with some kick, cheese sauce, red sauce, and mole sauce. This time, I opted for the El Toriado, which is rice covered with chicken, steak, shrimp, bacon, and cheese sauce. It was absolutely amazing. It came with shells, and I ate one. It was good enough on its own. My husband had the burritos arandas smothered in cheese sauce. I don't remember what was in it but I'm pretty sure shrimp was involved. From the chips and salsa upon being seated to the last bite of your food, everything is top notch. We are more thirsty than most other people, so we may have to get our waitor/waitress sooner than some, but overall, staff if great."
