I just have to say that not only the philly grilled cheese steak sandwich absolutely die, but also the personal and the atmosphere are amazing! this is the kind of grace bar that the people dream to go and I am glad to say that they are family!

The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! The mac and cheese was particularly impressive, and the New York-style pizza was fantastic. The toasted ravioli were also very tasty. I will definitely recommend this place and plan to return!

Changing review as service has stepped up exponentially. New bartender is on point and they hired more wait staff, all of which have been very friendly. (former 1 star review) There on a Friday night. Volleyball area was hopping, expected decent service (or at least some service). After waiting 5-10 mins just to see someone to get a beer, I just left when no staff was present. Other patrons were equally frustrated- mentioned that their server and bartender just disappeared. This place has been a shoddy for at least 3 years (no service, absent staff, moderate food, bartenders absolutely wasted passed out drunk). Some of the worst service I've ever experienced.

The food was just average, and the prices were quite high. We ended up paying $18 for a pizza, plus $3.75 for the first topping and $3 for the second. Other adults in our group faced similar prices for their sandwiches, pasta, wraps, and so on. It took nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. Given the prices, I expected much better quality, or I would have been fine with the mediocre food for a lower cost. It seems the appeal of this place is its location in New Town, and the pinball room is meant to justify the high prices. We won’t be dining here again, but I hope the new Mexican restaurant opening soon will offer better quality for the price. View menu
