"We arrived at Wyndham around 5:30pm feeling famished, so we decided to dine at the Steakhouse. The manager informed us that they only offer a Prix Fixe menu at $95 per person, plus tax and drinks. Despite the price, we were not deterred and opted to sit at the bar. Luckily, they only take reservations for Valentine's Day, so we were able to enjoy the spectacular and romantic night view. The bartender, Kyle, was fantastic - friendly, attentive, and polite. The food was exceptional; the shrimp firecracker appetizer was delicious, the lobster bisque was the best we've ever had, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly, and the ossobuco had a homemade, flavorful taste. We paired our meal with a Pinot Noir bottle and ended with creme brûlée and lava cake for dessert, which were both incredible. Despite feeling full, our bill came to $267 plus a 20% tip, which we found reasonable for such a wonderful and relaxing dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future."
