"I first called the nearest store but got no response. I also tried the toll-free number, but they weren't located in the U.S. and provided no helpful information about store availability. I then called another location a couple of times, but again received no answer and was left on hold for over five minutes each time. I had previously called a different store, where the staff informed me they didn’t have a drive-up option, but they weren’t certain about the other locations. I decided to call again to see if someone could bring the pizza out to me, and they agreed.
Despite the severe wind chill and blustery conditions, they said they would help. When I arrived and my pizza was ready, I was impressed to see a staff member put on a sweater and bring the order outside. Now that’s what I call great service! I started eating the pizza right there in the parking lot, but it was so hot I had to wait a moment to take my first bite. The pepperoni was there, but I didn’t find anything particularly special about the stuffed crust. They’ve touted it as a unique blend, but honestly, it didn’t seem any different from regular cheese stuffed crust. I tried a few more slices before realizing I should have just ordered my usual, as this pizza didn’t meet the hype presented in the commercials.
That said, I want to give credit to the manager and staff at the Stephenson Drive location. They were swamped with orders due to the weather, yet they still went above and beyond to help me."
