Brickhouse - Menu

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible during my last two visits. I had to wait 23 minutes for my first drink, which was unacceptable. There was no manager checking on the tables.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the delicious food and great service. I recently ordered a pizza for takeout and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up.

They have the best servers ever! Courtney was so much fun while we were in for lunch. The chipotle power bowl is my favorite thing there along with their jalapeno chicken skewers. Great atmosphere too! View menu

I ate here again with a friend a couple of days ago, the power bowl is very good. My friend had Italian beef, and she was very pleased. I am hoping for more heart healthy items on the menu in the future.

Dined in on a Saturday but service was still very prompt and efficient. Had the Italian beef sandwich which had plenty of meat, cheese and a fresh bun. Chips are good and there are plenty of condiments at the table. Prices are reasonable for good quality food.

I had the Bosco Sticks and they were delicious! They're like a cheese pizza rolled up, only much better with a marinara sauce on the side. My husband had a cheeseburger which was juicy and full of flavor! This is our go to place to meet friends and to celebrate birthdays! View menu

Decent spot on the west end of Springfield for a plate of sports bar style food. Wraps, wings, burgers, nachos and of course the horseshoe. They put a generous amount of beer cheese sauce on their horseshoe. An easy choice for a group or family that can?tdecide on what to eat or where to go. Check it out!

As much as the food is good, the wait staff seems slow. We have had the same waitress twice now, and getting adult drinks has become a trial of patience. The same waitress doesn't use paper to write down what you want, so when the food comes, it comes not as you ordered. After the service, when you're done eating and just want to leave, you wait and wait for a ticket so you can pay your bill to leave. Perhaps To-Go is the best bet.

We went there on half priced pizza night (Monday) and the food was great as always! It did take the bartender a little bit to get over and change the TV to what we wanted to watch, but I know they are busy. My only other thought was that you don't always know who your server is as we interacted with about 4 different people that night. I know it is about getting the food out efficiently, but it is nice to know who your go-to is for whatever you need. Between everyone, though, they kept the drinks full, eventually got the TV changed, and the food was great! Not a bad place to go for ADA accessibility either as they are always very accommodating!
