"As someone who loves exploring different restaurants in search of the best food and service, I enjoy sharing my culinary experiences online and on social media. I write reviews for every dining experience I have—some are positive, some are not so great, and some are a mixed bag. Now, about this restaurant: first, I will say that it is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The tables and the self-service beverage area were tidy, and the restrooms were well-maintained and stocked with hot water and paper towels. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including burgers, po'boys, sandwiches, salads, fried shrimp, and fried fish. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were among the worst I have ever had. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger with all the fixings. While the burger was a decent size, its quality fell short of my expectations, especially at a price of $12.33 for a burger combo with a drink. After waiting about 10 minutes during the lunch rush (around 11:45 AM), I expected a hot and juicy burger—but I was disappointed. The burger was not cooked as I had ordered; it seemed to be pre-made and possibly left sitting too long. The bun was cold and untoasted, the patty was not even warm, dry, overcooked, and tasteless. On the bright side, the toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.) were fresh, and the fries were hot and well-cooked, but they lacked salt or any kind of seasoning. Moreover, the online photos, including those on their Facebook page, showed crinkle-cut fries, which I love, but what I received were regular-cut fries instead. The condiment bottles, including ketchup, were filled and among the cleanest I've ever seen, and there were plenty of napkins available. Would I consider giving this place another shot? Probably, but I’d likely choose a different item from the menu."
