"Aristo Bistro is a charming little restaurant that exudes brightness, cleanliness, and cheerfulness, complemented by a delightful staff. I ordered the Szechuan Tofu, which was a flavorful dish featuring tofu, broccoli, zucchini, and a variety of seasonal Asian vegetables, all coated in a slightly spicy and rich sauce, served alongside steamed rice. The dish was not only visually appealing and fresh but also filling and delicious, providing me with enough for a second meal later on due to its generous portion size. The service was exceptional, and I even had a pleasant conversation with our server about vegan sushi, of all topics. With its wonderful food, outstanding service, and the chance to create wonderful memories over incredible plant-based cuisine, Aristo Bistro in Westlake was the perfect choice for a lovely day in northeast Ohio."

This restaurant was fabulous. Food is fresh and delicious. Honey Walnut Chicken was amazing. Stir Fry Kung Pao Duck was amazing. Wonton Soup was amazing. Portions are large for another meal. The area is bereft of fine or authentic ethnic restaurants. Aristo breaks this unhappy status. Asian owners, wait staff and cooks a winning combination. Experimented with 4-5 others over the past year nothing comes close to the Bistro. Weird name for an Asian establishment but chosen by the owner to be different. They are and happily so.
