"Rocco 's saving grace is that it serves pizza by the slice. Other than that, it is a dimly lit bar that serves overpriced beer in small quantities in downtown Seattle. My party and I were greeted by who I assumed was security, but rather than asking for our IDs, he asked how many were in our group. After telling him four , he said he may or may not have a table and that he would have to check with the hostess prior to letting us in. This was off putting to me since you could clearly see from the outside that there were tables available, and it seemed redundant to have someone have to ask the hostess for the table, rather than speaking directly with the hostess. Regardless, we were sat promptly in a booth. Service seemed a bit slow that night, but overall we didn 't have any issues with our server, he was great even. As stated earlier, the star of this place is the pizza. You can order pizza by the slice, half pie, or whole pie. It seems that the slices change by the day so be sure to ask your server what they have. When looking at the draft list, make sure you read the menu so you see what size glass it is served in. Overall, the pizza is good and comes in large quantities, but I have a hard time justifying the amount I paid for it. I 'd probably try a different pizza shop before coming here again."

"Holy Brussels Sprout Pizza! We're so glad we decided to stop here. We were passing through Klamath and were initially looking for something quick, but we chose to drive 20 minutes further for some pizza, and I couldn't be happier that we did. It was the best veggie pizza I've had in ages—super fresh with incredible flavors. I was also impressed by the extensive beer and beverage selection. I wanted to take a picture when our pizza arrived, but we just couldn't wait to dive in!"

"This time, we decided to dine in the restaurant, which features beautiful decor, plants by the windows, and a clean, spacious environment. Our waiter, who has been there for quite some time, recommended the Insalata di Mare as an appetizer. It was made fresh on the spot and was absolutely amazing—loaded with calamari, clams, and scungilli. For dinner, I opted for the chicken, which was far from the typical paper-thin servings. It was juicy and accompanied by large slices of mushrooms, which made me very happy. The service throughout our meal was impeccable. If you find yourself in the area, whether you're looking for a quick slice or a relaxed, delicious dinner, Cugini is an excellent choice that’s hard to beat!"

"We are really trying to like this place but they continue to have service problems. They brought out the food for members of our party, but the last order didn't make it out until the rest of us were almost done. Clearly they had forgotten to start the pizza, and the waiter and the kitchen staff started blaming each other. Admit you made a mistake, say you're sorry, offer some sort of recompense and move on, but don't start making excuses."

"We couldn 't be more disgusted with this 'restaurant '. They wouldn 't honor a discount we were supposed to get since we 're staying at the Wesin Mission Hills Resort. For the price, you 'd think you 'd be getting top notch pizza and it was disgusting! We got 2 medium pizzas, a large salad, a liter of pop and delivery and the bill was over $100! We literally ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away! The chicken on one of the pizzas looked gray and tasted nasty. THEN! one of the pizzas was supposed to be a specialty Hawaiian pizza and it was straight up Canadian Bacon-that 's it! I called and they said I should receive credit for that pizza within a few days. It 's been 11 days and still nothing. So, yet another phone call to make. DON 'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I would give them negative stars if that was an option!"

"Stopped by this awesome homey restaurant in a huge car rest stop near Exit 34 of CA 60 E Pomona Freeway and IT WAS FANTASTIC. I got a full rest refueled myself with yummy Italian dishes, while my car was parked in a tree shaded spot which there are many! This place serves really nice Italian cuisine with European pub vibes atmosphere inside (I LOVE THIS FEELING SINCE WALKING IN OMG) Lovely music, partitioned seatings, dim lighting, great food smell, wine shelf, vintage restroom, etc.. Here are the cheat sheet if you are blank of what to order: ? starter cheesy garlic bread: perfect seasoning, crispy thin crust ? main low cal salmon: juicy tender salmon with nicely grilled veggies chicken masala: my favorite pasta OMG lasagna: soft properly cooked cheesy ? side (comes with main) Julie's wedding soup: delicious soup with a lot of ingredients salad (ranch, Italian dressing): fresh mix of your favorites ? drink Italian soda: carbonated creamy very yummm The staff here are all really nice and made me feel at home. "First I want to say that I've been coming here since I was a little 10 year old boy. For the last 25 years we've loved and supported this place so much. Tonight I had a very bad experience with one of the managers( Tall skinny guy with short hair,blue shirt light hair as I stepped out of the way so he could pass. My son and I wear masks and do not eat in the restaurantbut we always order our food to go after our family eats. After we stepped out of the way for the manager and said you go aheadsir he gave me the worst dirty look and didn't even acknowledge me and then went 2 steps to the bar and talked with his friendsat the bar. We are just starting to come out of covid and ready to demask and had planned on coming to the brown bottle at leastevery two weeks from now on like we used to. Let me say though the owner is an amazing man who is very kind which is why I'mgiving three stars instead of one. He welcomed us to my birthday dinner like we belonged there. It is because of him that I willbe returning. Amazing owner and amazing food. Hopefully after my next visit I can change it back to five stars. I'll tell youthat never again will I step out of the way for that manager who looked at my son and I like we were freaks with completedisrespect. My child is diabetic with an auto immune disease so we have to be safe. I just wish we weren't judged in a place mygrandpa always took us to as kids."

"Food was great we went on Thanksgiving and it was packed! Made 230pm reservations and where seated by 310pm that was easiest part! We had to ask other waitresses for our waitress numerous times! She would come bring something and leave with plates and glasses all over the table she could've taken. She got 1 order wrong which isn't so bad but the time between when she checked on us was unacceptable and me and my girl sat without drinks for most of our meal after we were done we couldn't find our waitress for the check so we asked another to take it and she did so and forget About us for 20 mins we had to find her and remind her and she was c very apologetic.. honestly it was like they were all in on and trying to screw up that's how bad it was! The turkey dinner was good tho especially for all the sides with desert for 30$ a plate. Was 128$ for me and my girl with 2 drinks and her son just getting a dinner and coke"

"The staff was very caring and nice. Everyone looked presentable while being prompt with food delivery. They were very caring for the lunch crowd. I had the pleasure of visiting this location finally after going to the Sherwood location for most of my childhood. The choice of building and interior design is very daunting and doesn't offer the brand justice. When I entered the location for the first time it felt like I was visiting a penitentiary. The bars covering the windows aren't very inviting therefore I hope to see a future where the location gets a new Venue as soon as possible. I do plan on returning with my family soon! "I absolutely adore this place! I've been ordering from here since 2008. As an Egyptian, their falafel reminds me of Sunday lunches with my grandmother. It’s authentic in every sense. The blue fries are amazing, and the gyros are perfect. The eggplant is fantastic as well. The owners are great, and the service is wonderful. "We stumbled upon this place while looking for a bite to eat near our hotel, and what a pleasant discovery it was! The restaurant is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. When our food arrived, we couldn’t help but praise the cooks. The fries were lightly battered, perfectly crisp, and absolutely delicious. The fish and chips were the best we’ve ever had—fresh, lightly fried, and full of flavor. I even took pictures to show just how fresh the fish was! The hamburger was cooked to perfection as well. Overall, this restaurant offered a wonderful experience, both in terms of the food and the exceptional service, especially from April. "We’ve been going to Pizza Palace for years. We live close by and it’s a quick affordable pick up option when running from soccer and other obligations. "The short: great, authentic new york style pizza and wonderful staff. The long: I've been living in the triangle area for 2 years and good Italian food is so hard to come by. I stopped by this place on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised by my gamble. The staff is so warm and welcoming (and very, very italian) but most importantly, this pizza is the real deal. Thin, with that necessary crispness, slight chew to the dough, with a sauce that's not too sweet and enough cheese to make wisconsin jealous. Next time I'll try some of their pasta dishes, but the extra cheese and pepperoni pizza brought me right back to new york. A+, 10/10, no notes, can't wait to go back."

"We arrived before busy hours, with less than 8 customers. There were a lot of employees more interested in talking to each other than serving guests. It took our burger 35 minutes when very few people were being served. I ordered, and paid extra for, sweet potato fries. They arrived burnt and cold. I asked for new fries and the server informed me they always look like that but she would give it a try. A few minutes later, here she comes with hot not burnt fries. Imagine that. We would not go back!"

"The atmosphere was comfortable. The hostess welcomed us. Bethany our server was dutifully attentive to her customers. If we needed something she almost intuitively was right there to meet our needs. The Pucillo Pizza was awesome. And the Calabrese Chicken Wings were very tasty. One suggestion to the Chef? The wings were microwaved and served. That makes for a very moist wing. If you mike the wings and then pop them in an oven for minutes flip them and bake them for another minute. They will come out crispy just as if they were deepfried"

"I understand it's covid and we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch. They put us in the bar area at a booth, and the waitress COMPLETELY forgot we were there. I finally went looking for her to get the check and see what seated at a booth rolling silverware into napkins, doing sidework and forgot all about us. Granted, it was quiet, since we were the only ones in the restaurant.The food what pretty typical fare, nothing exciting"
