"The atmosphere was comfortable. The hostess welcomed us. Bethany our server was dutifully attentive to her customers. If we needed something she almost intuitively was right there to meet our needs. The Pucillo Pizza was awesome. And the Calabrese Chicken Wings were very tasty. One suggestion to the Chef? The wings were microwaved and served. That makes for a very moist wing. If you mike the wings and then pop them in an oven for minutes flip them and bake them for another minute. They will come out crispy just as if they were deepfried"

There is a reason why this location is busy. They are very good at what they do. My only complaint is when I said I have a reservation made on Open Table the host seemed confused. Luckily they still had room for our big group View menu

Always great pizza at Bertucci's. The highlight of the evening was our server Audrey. Although it was apparently her first night, she took our orders, got our drinks and served up our pizza quickly and efficiently. She was attentive and professional and such a great personality

The hostess/ manager is wonderful. She is a hard worker. We ordered a salmon chicken dish. We had to wait over 45 minutes because they had trouble cooking the salmon. If they shared that info, we would have ordered a pasta or pizza) which would have been out in 15 minutes.. Needed to get the manger involved. She was sweet but otherwise, very poor service .
