"On November 28, 2022, at 4:45 p.m., I went to order a classic chicken sandwich. However, when I reached the window, the lady informed me that they didn't have any chicken sandwiches available. I overheard them discussing something, and then she returned to say that she had two tenders ready if I still wanted the sandwich, claiming that was how it was served. I explained that that's not accurate, as a classic chicken sandwich consists of one piece of meat, not two tenders. She insisted they were trying to improvise. I understand that, but I don't appreciate being told that this is how it typically comes after receiving incorrect information. The lady was hurried and seemed to be rushing through the order. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually had the chicken sandwiches but simply didn’t want to prepare them."

"Ordered pulled up to pay, was told it'd be about 10 minutes for the chicken. Whatever, I already paid. So I waited and waited.. about 20 mins later out walks a lady to hand me my order, no apologies for making me wait or no thanks for the business. Get home to dish out the food 3/4 of the bucket was itty bitty pieces of chicken. For the price we paid for that family bucket meal, I was a little upset! It is definitely not worth what it costs we won't be ordering from there again."

"If 0 Stars was possible, that is what this location would recieve. Here is why:My wife ordered our food online. I arrive at the store and park infront of a sign that says curbside pick-up but the sign has now method of contact to get your food brought out.I go to the main door and its locked but there is a sign saying the lobby is closed. So I go to the drive through (which is packed).After 15min I get to the intercom and I'm told to leave the drive through and park by the side door, which coincidentally is where I was originally parked by the curbside pick-up sign.Another 15min goes by and the manager comes to my car holding an obscene amount of food and asks if it's mine. I say no and that I'm waiting for X order after being told to park here from the drive through.The manager then gets an attitude and says they don't bring food to people's cars and I was told to go inside. I told her I was never told to go inside, only to park here. Keep in mind that this manager is telling me they don't bring food to customer cars while bringing food to a customer's car. There are also no signs directing people to the side door for entry.I go in the side-door and stand near the counter to wait for my food. Another 5min pass and the manager, with even more attitude, again asks what I'm waiting for. I remind her of my X order and she points to an unmarked bag on a rack and tells me Take your food (It turned out the bag was marked, but it was facing the staff and not the customers). I won't be coming back.TL;DRGet your signage in order. If the lobby is closed, why are you ushering customers inside? If you don't bring food to customers, why do you have signs for curbside parking (this is a temporary sign and can be removed easily), and why did you tell me you don't bring food out while bringing food out. Lastly, don't get an attitude when people are confused by all of these contradictory messages..."

"I visited this restaurant during Hurricane Idalia and arrived right when they opened. I was pleased to find hot, fresh food, friendly staff, and a clean and welcoming environment. Despite the chaos of the storm, the staff handled everything with ease. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The prices were reasonable, around $10-20 per person. The food was delicious, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was also great, with a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken."

"I ordered several times in this store, overall is good. While the most recent visit is NOT so pleasant. 1 I placed a mobile order by app, and waited in store for around 10 minutes past the expected ready time. During this time, NO staff reached out to me at all, even if I tried to contact them several times. 2 It seems like all staffs ONLY care about drive through, even though the current order at drive through is definitely later than my order (because till now I 've been waiting for 10 minutes 3 So I decided to pick up via drive through, and being told that I need to pick-up in store... 4 I 'm in a hurry (and don 't want to wait another 10+ minutes , so I asked the staff to prepare my order right here. Surprisingly (or maybe not? , my order is NOT prepared at all (now is 15 minutes past the expected ready time . So I waited another 2 minutes in car, and FINALLY got my order. Just a wild guess, maybe drive-through customers matter MORE compared to mobile-app customers, because the latter already paid anyway, and making the latter wait another 15-20 minutes doesn 't hurt the revenue, while keeping the drive through line too long will potentially reduce new orders and hurt revenue. Additionally, apart from my unpleasant experience, I’m not sure why I cannot pickup mobile orders via drive-through. This seems like a basic feature to me, and is supported by many other fast food restaurants e.g. McDonald, Burger King, etc. The food quality is good though, which provided a little bit of comfort."

"I called in an order and arrived 20 minutes before closing to pick it up. However, when I entered the restaurant, no one came to the front counter to assist me. I waited there for about 10 minutes, trying to get their attention by calling out "Hello?" and "Excuse me?" but the three employees were busy cleaning in the back, playing loud music, and completely ignoring me. Despite my attempts to reach out, they didn’t acknowledge me or even glance my way. I even took off my mask and shouted over the plastic divider at the counter, but I still didn’t receive my food."

"Once inside, I had to wait quite a while for someone to attend to the cash register. It was a Sunday afternoon, and it seemed like there were only two staff members in the kitchen. The woman who eventually took my order displayed minimal enthusiasm for her job. The menu was disappointing; there were no wedges, and I don't know when KFC decided to drop them, as all they offered were fries. Additionally, they didn’t have any fire sauces or mini chicken sandwiches available. I couldn't help but wonder what happened to the KFC I used to enjoy. To top it all off, the soda machine was out of order, leaving only a secret drink station in the kitchen for refills—which made it quite inconvenient. When we finally settled in, we were the only diners in the dining room at 2 PM on a Sunday. Overall, it was a rather disheartening place to have lunch."

To summarize, I came through the drive thru right at closing time and ordered some chicken breast and was told they did not have anymore cooked because closing time was within 20 minutes. Brandon who was working the window consulted with his manager (Abel) and together Abel Brandon recognized a bad situation and together they turned a bad deal into a very satisfied customer. They complimented my dinner with extra chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. I was extremely satisfied KFC customer Thanksvtonthe dedication of these two employees. "On June 17th, I had a great experience at the drive-thru. The staff member at the window was exceptionally friendly and efficient, taking our order promptly. The lemon cake was delicious, and overall, I have no complaints—except for the overly sweet Mountain Dew: Lemon Mango flavor. I really questioned what the manufacturers were thinking when they added so much sugar to that drink. But overall, my main point is that the staff member at the drive-thru provided an excellent customer experience, exactly what KFC aims for!"

"9/1/21. We ordered a family bucket with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and biscuits. They said they were out of Original Chicken and only had grilled or crispy. How are you out of Chicken at 5:30pm? They said, “if we wanted original it would be 20-25 minutes.” We agreed and paid and pulled to the door to wait. 45 minutes later- our order was brought to us. "Fifteen minutes passed without any updates, so I went inside to check on my order. The gentleman who took my order confirmed it was still on the way. By this point, I was getting annoyed; if I had known it would take this long, I wouldn’t have chosen to stop at a fast food place. I ended up waiting even longer, and after more than 20 minutes, I inquired again and asked for a refund. It turned out they hadn’t even started my order because they had mistakenly given my food to someone else. This was despite my proactive check-in. They only started making my order after I pointed this out. I did receive a refund after asking, and I expressed my frustration about waiting nearly 30 minutes with no food after being promised a 6-minute wait—especially after reminding them halfway through. The lady at the counter had the audacity to sigh and exclaim, “oh my god,” before walking away. This was unprofessional behavior on her part. They should have handled the situation more appropriately and offered some compensation for the time I wasted. They didn’t even suggest rushing my order. What a disappointment! From now on, I’ll be sticking with Chick-fil-A because they would never let this happen!"

"I don't normally eat fast food, but my son was hungry. Went to KFC drive thru, and placed my order, the drive thru worker asked me if my order was finished, and I automatically said yes not really meaning to. She gives me total, and says drive up. I said wait, no I wanna add more items; she says no you said the order was finished. The worker then proceeds to recap the whole conversation with an attitude. I said I just wanna add food to my order, and she said nah you said you were finished. I ended up driving off while she was still telling me that I finished my order. It's weird that she gave a minor mistake that much energy, but you know what they didn't get? Not one penny from me. I won't be back, and I don't recommend you go either."

"KFC is good anywhere. I gave this place a 1 star because we were eating dinner when the cashier started putting chairs on tables. They close at 10pm so I asked her why she was cleaning up (She wasn 't cleaning the floors at all. She just wiped the tables clean with a rag and put the chairs on top of them) she said, there 's only 2 of us working (I understand the complexities of not having enough manpower but to start doing this 2 hours prior to closing is unacceptable). Other than that, she was so loud that everyone at the restaurant stared at her (she did not lift the chairs. She was DRAGGING them as if making an announcement that they 're closing). Management needs to take a close look at this because it doesn 't create an inviting atmosphere for a dine-in experience. They need more training please."
