"I visited this restaurant during Hurricane Idalia and arrived right when they opened. I was pleased to find hot, fresh food, friendly staff, and a clean and welcoming environment. Despite the chaos of the storm, the staff handled everything with ease. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The prices were reasonable, around $10-20 per person. The food was delicious, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was also great, with a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken."

Stopped by as we were on our holiday in the states. We were hungry and there weren't many options ,driving through so wanted to try American KFC.We came in and the lady had an attitude. I told my husband no,I am starving but I won't be spending my money to just be served by a rude person who clearly hates her job . We ran to waffle House across from KFC and it was great decision as they were happy to have us there . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service at this restaurant is terrible and the portion sizes are small for the price. When I went back a second time and asked for extra meat at the counter, I was yelled at. Even when I asked for it to be corrected, I was still yelled at by someone from the drive through who was not even involved in my transaction.
