"Subway can be hit or miss, but this particular one gave me an awesome experience last night! I always get a veggie delight on wheat with American, mayo, light mustard and all the vegetables. This spot tended to my request perfectly! Customer service was so awesome! Establishment was clean. Didn't have to ask for them to put on fresh gloves while making my sandwich (yes that's a thing)... just a great experience , so much,that I couldn't take it for granted... Great Job!!"

"This is undoubtedly the best Subway in the Tri-Cities! The staff is friendly both during the day and at night. This is how a family-run franchise should operate! The owners, their family, and the district manager are all committed to giving back to the community, and more businesses should follow their example. I previously said I wouldn't return, but I've noticed a complete turnaround with new team members. The place is always clean, and the employees are consistently friendly and attentive."

"I am extremely disappointed. I ordered online, should've been ready at 5:05, got to Subway at 5:03... order is not done, not even started. There is a young man working ALONE. 6 people in line. I know there is a shortage of people willing to work. Maybe they shouldn't allow online ordering until they are staffed for it. Update: the young man handled the orders so well for being alone. He gets 5 stars. Thank you Carter. The manager that left him alone gets negative -5."

"I stopped by here for the first time the other day. In the small town of Wright, Wyoming, your options are limited. I did not feel like something from one of the two convenient stores and decided I would park my semi and walk up a pretty steep hill to Subway. I drive semi all over Wyoming all year long and couldn’t imagine having to get up to this place in the winter time with snow and ice. it looks to be like an old car wash possibly that they threw a sandwich counter and a few tables and a pop machine in a big open room. It was very sad looking at the best. I placed my order, and the lady told me they’re not supposed to do that, but she would do it for me this time, which, out of all the subways that I go to in many different towns, this was the first time I was told that, all I wanted was double meat and cheese on my wrap and that’s what she said. She did make it, but I did not get my double cheese, but she wrapped it up nice cut it for me. They were friendly and provided a good meal. I did make the mistake of getting Diet Coke from the fountain and did not taste it and tell I was several miles down the road. I don’t know what the flavor was but it definitely was not Diet Coke. I know better than to leave without checking everything but it got me this time. As long as the weather is nice, I will stop in again because it sure beats convenience, store food. But there’s definitely no frills here."

"They charged me $17 for a timy bit of meat for my dog. More then our human sandwiches. I wasnt expecting it and felt rude to say I didnt want it. For years Ive picked up grilled chicken or something for our little dog when we have subway as a treat and its usually $4. I was in shock and wont do that again from Jasonvilles. On a human note, the food is always good. The place is always clean and staff friendly. For the record she did give me a 10% discount for the chicken but I dont think she knew how to ring it up and just charged me for I dont even know what as I didnt get bread, cheese or anything but a small cup of meat. Don't be like me and try that there. Lol. I do recommend them. Quick service. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese. Also the bacon, egg cheese on flat bread. Among many others."

"Had an awful experience here. I guess this clown is their excuse for a leader. He was angrily bothering customers over little stuff. He had physically grabbed my foot and removed it off the chairs ? and got onto another group about bringing chairs from other tables to sit with each other! He even moved the seat while they were using it! I was so uncomfortable I just left. Don’t touch people especially customers! He seemed to be angry at everyone for even being thereUPDATE: I was here again and decided to give them another try. Maybe he just had a bad day. The owner comes from behind the counter and tells me that I’m not allowed to eat there because of the bad review I wrote on here. I tried to tell them my reasoning for the bad review and he just started to scream at me. His wife then comes from behind the counter screaming at me looking like she wanted to fight and I was already trying to leave. Very scary experience for myself and my friend. Will not be coming back ever again. Just stay away from these people"

It's important to appreciate these wonderful ladies who greet me with smiles, even on tough days or when they're short-staffed or running low on ingredients. "Twice now I have seen an employee who is not wearing their face mask or wearing it improperly. Your employees are handling food! They should be wearing a face mask at all times and keeping the place as sanitary as possible! Your establishment could bespreading COVID to their customers and not know it. Train your employees and keep them accountable for wearing their masks atall times. I hightailed it out of there both times and gave service to the place next door."

"I've eaten at many Subway restaurants. This is the worst one by far. I've tried eating here twice with the current management and both times it was the slowest worst customer service ever. This is very sad because it used to be a well run restaurant. Not anymore. They just seem confused and unsure of what they're doing. They act defensive like the customers are not to be trusted or something which makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also they don't honor coupons or deals in the store. For a deal you have to order in the app (which always crashes) or on the website. We literally had to stand in the store and order right in front of them on the website on our phone which was incredibly stupid in and of itself. That aside, the language barrier was also a factor but usually when there is a language barrier we have no problem working through it but in this case there was a serious lack of communication skills independent of the language barrier. I strongly recommend if you want a Subway sandwich go to the other one in Corydon. This one is terrible."

"They have ordered online twice now and I notice it’s a thing they do…. They like to leave out items that cost extra but still charge you for them. They won’t give a refund after or give you the proper item. Instead they suggest you come back and order again so they can fix it next time. This is unacceptable. If you order double meat, or avocado, or bacon, anything extra, they will leave it out and still charge you for it. When you call them they will say oh we are sorry, we are not out of that item we must have just missed putting it in. You cannot get a refund but next time you come in make sure to tell us so we can give you the item next time. So if I order online you leave out stuff I already paid for, refuse me a refund, and say “next time don’t order online just come in and ask for the items you were missing this time and it will be added to the next sandwich”????"

"If I could rate this place a 10, I definitely would! As a truck driver, my partner and I often stop at subways to get bowls of chicken, veggies, and other items to complement our meals in the truck. Typically, we've never been charged more than $4 or $5 for what we buy. However, the experience we had at this particular Subway was incredibly disappointing. The staff member was extremely rude and seemed rushed, and then she charged us $18 for just a tiny amount of shredded cheese, a small cup of chicken, and two veggie burger patties! If we hadn’t been so exhausted and hungry, we would have simply walked away rather than pay that outrageous price. The amount she charged us was equal to that of two footlong subs! I've never left a negative review like this before, but her attitude made it clear that she does not enjoy her job. I will definitely not be returning to this Subway again. There’s much more I could say, but I’ll keep this review as respectful as I can."

"We visited on Sunday night just before 8 PM (September 17, 2023). Despite the hours posted on the door stating a 9 PM closing time, the restaurant was dark, closed, and clearly not open for service. This wasn't the first time we've encountered this issue, and this time I even took a photo with a timestamp for proof. Additionally, when the restaurant is actually open, they do not accept Subway coupons. When I inquired about this, the employees mentioned that they had been instructed by the owner not to accept them. It's an unusual way to run a business."
