"I've eaten at many Subway restaurants. This is the worst one by far. I've tried eating here twice with the current management and both times it was the slowest worst customer service ever. This is very sad because it used to be a well run restaurant. Not anymore. They just seem confused and unsure of what they're doing. They act defensive like the customers are not to be trusted or something which makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also they don't honor coupons or deals in the store. For a deal you have to order in the app (which always crashes) or on the website. We literally had to stand in the store and order right in front of them on the website on our phone which was incredibly stupid in and of itself. That aside, the language barrier was also a factor but usually when there is a language barrier we have no problem working through it but in this case there was a serious lack of communication skills independent of the language barrier. I strongly recommend if you want a Subway sandwich go to the other one in Corydon. This one is terrible."

The food was fresh, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the service was quick. The brewed iced tea was excellent, and there was convenient parking right in front. The prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Had an online order and arrived early. Service was bad. Needed to add to the order and they looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to order instore. The girls working don't know how to wear hair nets properly. And one kept scratching her head. The bread was old. It was tough and hard to chew. Looking at the veggies some looked brown and nasty. I will NEVER go to this location again. Not unless it goes under new management. That way food is better and the store is actually cleaned.
