"If I could rate this place a 10, I definitely would! As a truck driver, my partner and I often stop at subways to get bowls of chicken, veggies, and other items to complement our meals in the truck. Typically, we've never been charged more than $4 or $5 for what we buy. However, the experience we had at this particular Subway was incredibly disappointing. The staff member was extremely rude and seemed rushed, and then she charged us $18 for just a tiny amount of shredded cheese, a small cup of chicken, and two veggie burger patties! If we hadn’t been so exhausted and hungry, we would have simply walked away rather than pay that outrageous price. The amount she charged us was equal to that of two footlong subs! I've never left a negative review like this before, but her attitude made it clear that she does not enjoy her job. I will definitely not be returning to this Subway again. There’s much more I could say, but I’ll keep this review as respectful as I can."

Please keep yourself away from this subway.Gave me sub with half cooked bread.And two young girls keep arguing with me and didn't accept it at all.

I was there today 9/8/2022 at 8:10, i was in line waiting for my turn and there was only one person in front of me, the lady told me she wouldn't attend me because is close and online it says they close 9:00 p.m.The workers are arguing. View menu

One of the worst subway i have been in my life , i order food and i told her don’t use knife and she did , i told her pls don’t use knife because i don’t want u tough with knife my food , i paid and i left the food there, never ever again here , pls be aware here unprofessional pple here

Walked up and waited for a couple minutes nobody was around heard lots of swearing in the back room from at least three people not working but the kid that helped me was nice but had a white T-shirt on no apron no visible sign he was an actual Subway employee just very unprofessional for a restaurant. My friends and I arrived half an hour after closing time, and I have to commend the one staff member who was on duty. She did an outstanding job of quickly preparing and serving our food, and she's still making subs as I'm writing this. As for wheelchair accessibility, I didn't take note of it since I don't use a wheelchair.

"We just got back home from a ridiculously horrid experience thanks to an unprofessional manager on duty named Cara. We picked up an expensive order from a nearby restaurant which included a free sundae for Teacher Appreciation Week, and decided to stop at this Panera to pickup a complimentary drink as part of the drink promo. We literally waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes thanks to the poorly designed drive through which prevents cars from driving out of the drive in the event that a customer changes their mind or there is an emergency. What angered us is that the car in front of us held up the line for 20 of that 45 minutes but that customer should have been instructed to pull up to a holding space until their order was brought to them. When we finally reached the pickup window, we asked for a manager and that was Cara who needs to be fired for incompetency! She lied and said she did not have staff to take orders to cars, yet we witnessed a worker who did just that for another customer who pulled to a wait space. We showed her the melted sundae and advised that our food was cold but she did not care, only saying there is nothing I can do She kept asking what I wanted and when I advised her to compensate me for my food order from the other restaurant, she said, again, she is not responsible for orders from someplace else. Why ask me? Furthermore, we tried calling twice to ask that they instruct the other customer in front of us to pull up but they never answered the phone. I was so mad, I left without the drink and thinking I will never return! Awful manager! Awful decision on Panera's part to hire Cara who is incapable of making common sense decisions."
