"I had previously tried the Turkey Bacon and Avocado at another location, where the hickory smoked bacon was chopped and crispy. Maybe that’s just how they prepare the TB&A sandwich? I was really craving something from Lenny's again, and since this location was close to where I was working that morning, I decided to stop by. It seems like the one thing you’re looking forward to can sometimes let you down, haha. Other than that, the sandwich wasn’t bad, but it did feel a bit rushed, despite not taking long to prepare. On December 11, 2023, I returned for lunch without any set expectations and tried the Italian sandwich Lenny's Way. It was flavorful and fresh. I appreciate the friendly staff—keep up the good work!"

"Belligerently disrespectful owner guarantees my office will never order from here again. Normally have had decent experiences here but the last 3 months the food has come out wrong entirely or with problems such as missing ingredients or added hairs that weren't ordered. When the hair was found I was told to come back and they'd make it right. When I came back a month later I was told they couldn't do anything because it had been so long. Took my food to go and ended up with two Philly Cheesesteaks with NO cheese. Offered to send a pic to the owner who still called me a liar and refused to refund the order. In a town with standards like Asheville, this place shouldn't be allowed to exist. This store is an embarrassment to the franchise and the reason why Google should let you leave ZERO stars."

"What a great experience.. had to leave a positive comment! Walking in, we were greeted with a smile and a Welcome to Lenny 's. Cashier Anna was super friendly and so was LeAnne. After ordering LeAnne brought our food to our table and said hope you enjoy it and let me know if we need anything. Outstanding. While we were eating, Anna took time while no one was ordering to straighten the chips, clean the drink station and pick up some trash left on the floor, then asked us how was everything . Outstanding... It seems like these days that customer service is a race to the bottom. Especially in fast food. Not so at this Lenny 's. Our Lenny 's visit was no nice, I had to thank LeAnne and Anna personally for such good service. They truly made a difference in my day."

"I would give Lenny's Grill Subs four stars, even though I haven’t actually dined at the restaurant yet. However, meeting the owner and operator, the incredibly friendly Yash Patel, gave me confidence that the experience can only get better. Yash personally delivered our employee lunch, and I ordered a Philly steak sub from the menu. Despite the delivery timing, the sandwich arrived hot and delicious. The bread was outstanding, and the onions added a perfect touch of flavor. Others in my group tried the grilled chicken subs and said they were fantastic—I’m excited to try those next time. Thank you, Yash Patel!"

"subs are great, but the journey thru is only getting old. it is now two years ago. not a restaurant, a sub-shop or a burger joint in the opposite is just driving more. the lenny’s woodlands location in front of research forest and the location of spring cypress have darkened for over a year. I sit on their parking place while I write and have seen two seperate vehicles park and try to go. they lose the business. I have read other cripples and people say the same. lenny responded to one and told them it's a global pandemic and if they don't like to go to subway. Really? I really like lennys. it's really good to eat. but this drive is just ridiculous. I work almost daily at the NRG Stadium as a contract partner and have no place to eat there, so I have to eat in my truck."

"Sandwich was so good it inspired me to give it a review halfway through it. Everything was just right. Nothing over powered anything else in the sandwich. The vinegar was just enough for the flavor. The pickles they use give it just the right amount of crunch and flavor without drowning your sandwich in pickle juice flavor. With every bite I was able to taste every single individual ingredient and it was amazing. Not to mention the pillow soft bread. Not having to fight for each bite was on point. And as soft as it was, it wasn't the least bit soggy even after sitting through the drive home. Fantastic sandwich Lenny ?"

"Additionally, we went to the restroom before leaving, and when we returned for our drinks and food, we found that our table had already been cleared. There was only one other person in the restroom when we went, and they noticed us leave. I wish they had at least checked in to see if we were done; I would have preferred to take my food to go instead. At that time, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. While I would have rated this visit four stars based on previous experiences, this incident left a lasting negative impression."

"What a disappointment. For some reason all the awesome ladies who worked there, the whole reason why we went to that location, aren't working there anymore. They have a whole new staff who doesn't really seem to know what they're doing. I hope that the owner/manager begs those other ladies to come back and pays them a whole lot more money because they were so good and so nice and sweet. We will not be going back unless we know that those other ladies are back."

"So passed this place a ton of times and never noticed it. So after missing it and ignoring it I finally gave it a try.....and then was right back the next day. Chicken Buffalo sub is great. Bread is fresh, mean is Philly style and… yeh loved it. Not too spicy but enough to say yeh. 3rd visit was bbq Chicken and was not as good, but I will see if a regular Philly works better next time. "For years, I have frequently order online or walked in for take out at this Lenny's. My order is always right and always ready within 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and on the ball. Even when they are out of something due to COVID Supply Chain issues, they are quick to offer substitution or refunds. "The floors were dirty and the service was extreemly slow. Additionally, when i asked for light mayo on my sandwitch the gentleman acted put out. A 20 minute wait for a sandwitch is pretty unacceptable. I am sure part of the wait was due to the cook being on a video chat. They had their phone visable and were talking about baby daddy issues.
