"My husband accidentally ordered here instead of Arlington. He was unable to cancel his order and the manager/owner was beyond ridiculous over the phone. He wouldn’t allow him to cancel and informed him that he didn’t place the order. After face to face visit he offered from items which were declined- gas is too expensive and everyone makes mistakes. Are you that desperate for customers? If so try improving your customer service. Welcome"

Everything was good until I opened the 10” sandwich and found out the cook had failed to cut it in half, thus making it more difficult to eat

Well they used to not let us sit inside for a long time people were really upset about this, but now that I have Revisited about 5 to 6 months later they now have the lobby open but the employees there are still a little rude and young and need time to grow with the company and maybe even just care about what they are there to do other than that it's moving up a little bit
