"subs are great, but the journey thru is only getting old. it is now two years ago. not a restaurant, a sub-shop or a burger joint in the opposite is just driving more. the lenny’s woodlands location in front of research forest and the location of spring cypress have darkened for over a year. I sit on their parking place while I write and have seen two seperate vehicles park and try to go. they lose the business. I have read other cripples and people say the same. lenny responded to one and told them it's a global pandemic and if they don't like to go to subway. Really? I really like lennys. it's really good to eat. but this drive is just ridiculous. I work almost daily at the NRG Stadium as a contract partner and have no place to eat there, so I have to eat in my truck."

Les, the night manager, is amazing at his job! This man deserves every promotion that comes to him. He stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing to prepare our order. Everything was delicious and correct.

The staff was very friendly. I was a bit hesitant at first due to some comments, but the line moved quickly and the staff was very patient, not realizing it was my first time. I will definitely come back, as I love subs. View menu

Went through the drive through but you can't order until you get to the window! Lady was kinda rude! It was my 1st time there so I didn't remember what I wanted to order because you can't see the menu at the drive-through window! So when I was asking questions she was pretty rude about her response

I visited this restaurant on 4/6/2022 for the first time and I was not disappointed. The Philly cheesesteaks were amazing! The food was fresh and hot, and the customer service was exceptional. The lady who took my order in the car was great, and so was the person who brought me the food. They were very polite. I really appreciate good customer service!
