"However, when the new plate arrived, it contained only the orange chicken and meatless fried rice. I brought the plate back to the counter, and the lady told me I could keep it because it had the two items. Then she handed me a container with just the orange chicken. I didn’t order the orange chicken separately; it was part of the lunch special.
So I ended up taking the rice home, and they expected me to scrape it out of the old container and eat it later. I had to drive back, which deserved better service in return. Because of this experience, they lost a customer today. I didn't complain outright because common sense should dictate better service. I work hard for my money, just like everyone else does.
If they read this, I hope they learn a lesson: when a customer orders a lunch or dinner plate, the whole meal should be replaced if there’s a mistake, so it arrives hot and fresh."
