I didn’t order the orange chicken separately; it was part of the lunch special. So I ended up taking the rice home, and they expected me to scrape it out of the old container and eat it later. I had to drive back, which deserved better service in return. Because of this experience, they lost a customer today. I didn't complain outright because common sense should dictate better service. I work hard for my money, just like everyone else does. If they read this, I hope they learn a lesson: when a customer orders a lunch or dinner plate, the whole meal should be replaced if there’s a mistake, so it arrives hot and fresh."

Ordered delivery, @6:30 order did not arrive when predicted at 7:55pm. Called restaurant and they said let me call you right back. 30 minutes later with no call back I attempted to call the restaurant and now the phone number is reporting user busy and I can not get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend ordering from this restaurant anymore, as it is now 8:35pm with no food.

This is definitely the best value for your money. My wife and I ordered two lunch combos, eight cheese wontons, and a soda for just $16. The egg drop soup was fantastic, and the wontons were delicious as well. However, I wasn’t a fan of the roasted rice, and the pork lo mein could have had more flavor. Overall, I will definitely be back. The guy who took my order even brought the food to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent people skills and professionalism made our dining experience very enjoyable. Once again, this is the best deal you can find for Chinese takeout anywhere in Mesa.
