"The Ménage a Trois sandwich on their menu is truly one of the best sandwiches in the world. However, the quality can vary greatly depending on the mood of the staff. If they’re not having a good day, they can easily mess up what would otherwise be an amazing sandwich. Also, don’t bother trying to call in your order because they almost never answer. Trust me, I eat here three times a week just hoping they’re in a good mood. During lunchtime, they’re too busy to pick up the phone, and in the evenings, there are often too few staff members to answer calls. If they could stick to the recipe and consistently make the Ménage a Trois, that sandwich alone would put many other sandwich shops out of business.
Today, there were four people working during the evening shift, but, as usual, no one answered the phone. The guy who appeared to be the manager had an open carbonated drink next to the food prep area, and a sweaty football player walked in wearing shorts while the other two staff members just kept plodding along. The moral of the story is to go in, place your order, and hope they whip up a great sandwich on that particular day. Unfortunately, my sandwich today was dry. Despite this, I’ll keep coming back. I just hope they don’t take it out on my food after reading this review! "
