Ike's Love Sandwiches

Amazing team. Excellent service. I love the part where they treat you like family. One of my favorite spots to enjoy vegetarian sandwiches. They have over 100 vegetarian choices. I recommend this place to those who haven?t tried it yet.

Not only does this place have amazing sandwiches but it's served by some really good people I witnessed acts of human kindness here that goes a long way to show the character of people I will always come back here for all my sandwich needs

Ike's sandwiches are amazing. As for the staff that works there, not so much. I've been to this location a handful of times and the service is very slow, unhelpful and the staff never engage with the customers whatsoever. No hello, no thanks for coming in,etc. nothing...Tip for management: Hire friendly people. Will go to other locations from now on. View menu

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Palmdon location. The service was outstanding, and the food was truly delicious. I ordered the Roadrunner vegan sandwich, and it exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance. With so many delicious options and excellent service, Ike’s is a fantastic spot. I’m excited to be living in California now so I can try every sandwich on their menu. It’s an amazing place!

Sandwiches are good, customer service sucks!!!!! My order went to the wrong location, I tried calling both locations to let them know (campus pointe and Palm/Herndon) and nobody answered. I tried calling BOTH locations for 20minutes straight as I didnot want to drive across town since gas is expensive. Because my calls went unanswered, I had to waste my gas and drive acrosstown. Ridiculous!!!!! I don?t understand how hard it is to answer a phone! because of this, they lost my business ????????

I have to say not only are the sandwiches delicious, Matt Cain is my favorite, but today the staff was awesome. Ive been here twice now and both times I’ve had such great customer service. I came at 3:35pm today and feel who ever was working should really be recognized as great employees. The gentleman who took my order was fast, efficient, very polite and the girl who was making sandwiches was great as well. They both handled everything so well. I initially considered giving Ike's Love Sandwiches 4 stars due to the long wait, even with only a couple of orders ahead of us. However, I noticed several workers from a nearby car shop placing orders, likely online or by phone. The wait was absolutely worth it. You definitely shouldn’t skip the fries—the sandwiches and fries complement each other perfectly. For those who aren’t fans of fries, there’s also a chips option, which I plan to try next time. Great food-Great service Short story- My wife and I (before we were married) ate at the Ike’s in the Castro back in 2010 and we thought it was amazing. We actually met Ike who came out to chat with our friend because she told them to write “Superwoman” on her sandwich sack. A few years later, my wife was working at a coffee shop up in Santa Rosa and an Ike’s moved it next door.
