"After driving all the way home, I realized what was missing and had to drive back. When I requested my receipt upon return, they told me they didn’t have it. The employee at the window, who had braces, repeatedly stated, “don’t have it.” I asked to speak to the manager, but she didn’t come over, instead talking to him in Spanish. When I asked what she had said, he replied rudely with “don’t have it.”
This employee clearly needs more training in customer service, as the treatment my family and I received was unacceptable."
