Chicken was good Bud the rise was gross see pictures I can?t eat it Also the Piko de gallo and green salsa were spoiled The tortillas were cold I will not buy at this pollo loco anymore

It's rare that I give 5 stars because you really have to earn it and this El Pollo Loco restaurant earned it!! Was craving a really good salad and the double chicken tostada salad was delicious and hit the spot! The staff was really nice and had greatconversation. I really enjoyed this dining experience, thank you El Pollo Loco!

My Food is always fresh, hot and yummy, they always get my order right. Never have to complain and the service for the most part is fast and friendly. Favorite place to eat as well because I always get greeted when I step into the store. A lot of places nolonger care about greeting customers, but El Pollo Loco isn?t one of them ??

I used to order from El Pollo Loco at least once or twice a week, but I stopped because I kept getting burnt chicken. I called several times to explain that I wouldn’t serve my kids dry, burnt chicken. The manager needs to take responsibility instead of blaming staff shortages. I decided to give their menu another try recently, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. I’m definitely done ordering from this location. I’m tired of calling to report the same problem over and over with no resolution.

Been a total of three times all bad experiences. Food ordered was not the food I received. Had to go back and fix it. Chicken was burnt and had no flavor which ruined the meal. On another occasion ordered the chicken salad and the avocado was super brown and gross. Lettuce looked old too. While ordering in the drive thru the girl taking my order is laughing with another coworker I?m assuming so I?m having to repeat my order because she?s not paying attention, ridiculous! I now go out of my way a bit to go to the Clovis location.

Food was ok. But getting charged for chips and guacamole is a joke. Single person portion and literally 10 chips. I ordered 18pc family mean and was definitely not enough for 8 people. Then what made it worst was my guacamole was already bad and brown cause it tasted funky i called them and told them i wanted fresh guacamole and they said thats all they had. Update 11/10/21: Food was great like it said before no complains about that but this time the guacamole and chips were free with order and again it was brown? maybe take it off the menu? Food and service is good but guacamole which is my fav is a no for me. View menu
