"I have been a patron of this KFC location since I was a young child. Recently, the restaurant has been kept clean and the tables and decor are simple yet tidy. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, the service experience was disappointing. Despite placing a simple order, there was a language barrier with the cashier, resulting in some confusion. We had to repeatedly ask for cups, utensils, and napkins, and were met with indifference from the staff. Ultimately, we received the wrong order and had to request a correction, which was met with resistance. I offered some suggestions to the manager for improved training and customer service, as dining out should be a pleasant experience for all parties involved. Despite the challenges, I remained calm and respectful throughout the ordeal. I hope the staff at KFC on Aborn Rd in San Jose, CA, has a prosperous New Year ahead."
