"I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. I decided to give it another shot for the second time in about a month and ordered the Mac and Cheese bowl again. Unfortunately, both times the chicken was disappointing; it seemed like it was made with leftovers from the day before. The chicken was incredibly tough, almost like a jawbreaker, and had been kept under the heat lamps for so long that there was hardly any meat left on the pieces. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

I went to this restaurant to enjoy some mashed potatoes and gravy with biscuits. The service was prompt, and the food was served steaming hot and absolutely delicious.

KFC isn't like it used to be. The chicken portions have become smaller, and prices have gone up quite a bit. The area around the restaurant feels somewhat unsafe and unclean, but the inside is well-kept.

I definitely prefer this location and usually drive past Del Paso Rd to get to the Northgate store because my orders are always accurate. The staff here is friendly, and the food meets that classic KFC taste perfectly. I do wish the flag was up, but I guess it might be getting cleaned.
