"My husband and I have been fans of Jimmy John's in Florida for years, but after moving to Acworth, we were really disappointed with the subs at this location. There seems to be hardly any meat on them! My husband even visited another location in Georgia recently and mentioned that they offered a lot more meat there. Unfortunately, it seems like we only get sad little sandwiches at the Acworth store.
The last time I went there, which was a while ago, I ordered my sub and sat down to eat. After taking a few bites, I decided I wanted some paprika on it, so I went up to the counter to ask for some on the side. The employee told me he couldn't give it to me and insisted that he had to put it directly on the sub. He also mentioned that the woman he had spoken to, who was the owner, was quite strict about these kinds of requests and looked at me like he was going to get in trouble.
After that experience, I decided I wouldn’t eat at this restaurant again, and I haven’t. Now, I get my subs from Jersey Mike’s and Firehouse, which are far better, and I don’t miss Jimmy John's at all!"
