"Located at the end of the shopping complex doesn't ever seem to busy during the week maybe it is on the weekends? Food overall is decent and not too expensive for what you get. Chicken strips and fries is always a go to. The hot dogs and coneys are not too bad either. "This was my first time here and I ordered out. The service seemed fine but the food wasn’t good. I ordered a meat lover’s omelette and a few other meals. The problem is that whatever meat is in this omelette is not sausage. It has a smell of like cat/dog food and the same texture and as well. I cannot eat it. There was random chunks of ham in it and topped with cheese. I’m grossed out. I won’t be back. $44.44 later and it was not worth it. Yuck."

"I was waiting in line with my one year old son and 2 year old niece to get hotdogs for them when the worker told me I had to get out of line because they are closed. Even though I had already been waiting in line for several minutes and it was only 5:20 I was still told to back out of the line. Its very clearly listed that they close at 6:00pm not 5:20pm. All of the other restaurants were still serving customers and had people in their lines. The other customers were so disturbed by the rudeness that they added my son and nieces hotdogs to their order. After a fun day at the aquarium they really ended the day with horrible experience. Their management needs to work on training their employees to have some compassion and how to provide customer service."

"When I walked up the waitress was outside smoking a cigarette and said oh go ahead and find a place anywhere..... Got weird looks when we walked in and just sat down. Granted there was only one other table with customers so we picked a place where we could look outside and watch our dog in the car. Very simple orders two different burgers I asked for chocolate milk and water and my daughter got lemonade. I only got water and absolutely not the burger I asked for however my daughters was fine that's why I left a dollar tip. Said nothing during the meal but my daughter said I should go back in because the bill seemed high for not getting what I asked for, got a dirty look from about the only three employees in the building when I walked in and said I just wanted to make sure I didn't get charged for the chocolate milk I didn't get and I let her know that I absolutely did not ask for a plane Burger and when she said oh that's my fault I said yes it was she said no you didn't get charged but she still did not offer me a receipt I will not return. Sad for a first visit and I live nearby.and I work in downtown Brighton so I definitely will be letting people know my experience there."

"My father's birthday brunch, my sister and I had to run out because of the bad and RUDE customer service we received from the waitress. We asked her to tell her that she could tell our waitress that we were ready to order, and she said rudely that I am not your waitress! We said not what we said. She said I'm just saying, I'm not your waitress, she spoke very rude to my 68-year-old father. I didn't feel comfortable giving my money or eating out of this facility after this. This may seem small, but customer service goes far. I won't recommend this place. This lady was afro-American with thick eyelashes, short and caramel completion with a long weaving in a pony tail. I didn't get her name."

"My family and I were very disappointed with our experience. First of all, the table was sticky and unpleasant. Then, when our fish and chips arrived, they were frozen! To make matters worse, the coleslaw was spoiled. We mentioned these issues to our server, but all she said was, "Oh, sorry." When she brought us the bill, she hadn’t removed any of the inedible food charges, claiming we had already tasted one of the fish, so she couldn't remove it from the bill. How am I supposed to taste my food without actually eating it? If you're in the mood for sour food, this is the place for you!"

"When you ask for something to not be on your meal and it comes to the table with that on it and you ask nicely for them to remake it. All they will do is take it back there take it off and wait a couple minutes before taking it back to you. Every waitress in this building has a nasty attitude and staring problems. They need to get it together fr."

"The service and food here are consistently excellent, and it’s never crowded. The staff is always quick and friendly. They offer affordable and tasty combo meals. My go-to is the Greek chicken salad. However, it’s not a spot for breakfast or lunch."
