"When I walked up the waitress was outside smoking a cigarette and said oh go ahead and find a place anywhere..... Got weird looks when we walked in and just sat down. Granted there was only one other table with customers so we picked a place where we could look outside and watch our dog in the car. Very simple orders two different burgers I asked for chocolate milk and water and my daughter got lemonade. I only got water and absolutely not the burger I asked for however my daughters was fine that's why I left a dollar tip. Said nothing during the meal but my daughter said I should go back in because the bill seemed high for not getting what I asked for, got a dirty look from about the only three employees in the building when I walked in and said I just wanted to make sure I didn't get charged for the chocolate milk I didn't get and I let her know that I absolutely did not ask for a plane Burger and when she said oh that's my fault I said yes it was she said no you didn't get charged but she still did not offer me a receipt I will not return. Sad for a first visit and I live nearby.and I work in downtown Brighton so I definitely will be letting people know my experience there."

They had $3.99 chicken Gyro special so I thought I’d try it everything was good. It just was weird that they got feta cheese on mine.

Absolutely dreadful management, a dirty establishment, chipped plates, a floor that's extremely greasy, and the waitress was wearing unclean shirts and aprons—definitely not an appealing experience!

We ordered ham and cheese on rye.Was the worse tasting sandwich ever. The cheese was American and not even properly melted...the waitress just sluffed us off. We've been coming here a long time but think this is the last View menu

I was the only patron at the restaurant, and my meal came out quickly and piping hot—definitely a positive aspect! The server was pleasant, though I felt a bit hurried when the check arrived before I had finished eating. Everything tasted delicious, and I was delighted to find my favorite jelly, orange marmalade, on the table. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for reading my review!

The staff was extremely rude! The waitress gave us very cold looks, made unpleasant comments, and yanked the food away as if we were bothering her simply by being there. The food was unappetizing and seemed to be made from outdated ingredients, likely because they don't have enough customers to use everything before it spoils. It should have been a red flag that there were only two other diners there during peak hours! Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and unkempt. Don't waste your time here!

"I haven't been to a Heidi's in years and I was so excited when I found out there was still a location in Brighton. The food is just as good as I remembered. I got the Country Egg Salad on Sourdough and added Cheddar cheese. It's a good size sandwich and it was very filling. The egg salad was plentiful and well seasoned. The side of coleslaw was fresh and had just the right amount of dressing and the pickle was cold and garlicky which is my favorite way to have pickles. I also got a Blueberry Hand Pie which I've never had from Heidi's before and it was absolutely delicious. The crust on the hand pie was flaky and buttery and the blueberry filling was not too sweet and appeared to be homemade with fresh blueberries which was a nice touch. I'm a big fan of their fresh ingredients and large portions. The service was alright and although it took a few minutes for the staff to realize I was there (it wasn't very busy when I stopped by around 2pm on a Sunday), the two women working behind the counter were very friendly and I got my food very quickly. The ambiance was alright but most of the tables were dirty with crumbs and other spilled food so I had to wipe down my table and chair before sitting down. Also the prices were a bit high and I paid almost $19 for one sandwich and the hand pie no drink or chips. I really hope to be back to this location sometime soon and I hope they don't close this location like they did to the one in Parker."
