"First of all, the women's restroom was out of order, and there was no plastic cutlery available; we had to request it. Moreover, we were overcharged for our meals. There was a Monday special clearly advertised on the board for a burger basket that included a burger, fries, and a drink, but we were charged full price for each individual item. Two of us ordered the special, and one ordered a burger without the basket, resulting in a bill of over $26.00, including tax. I would have mentioned the discrepancy, but my spouse had already paid. This was our first visit to FOSTER, and we had received recommendations from friends, but my impression has completely changed. The establishment wasn't busy, and I can understand why."
