"Came here recently to pick up an order using curbside pickup. I usually don 't expect employees to recognize me or remember me but this one employee named Chevy not only remembered my vehicle but he also remembered my name. He brought the order out almostas soon as I parked. I said to him, wow, that was fast! , and he said I saw your car and knew what order was yours sir. Iwant to thank Chevy for making me feel like a valued customer and having a great attitude as well. I will be coming here moreoften now because it 's rare to have a employee go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed. Thanks again Chevy!"

VERY GOOD. First time ever having Bojangles, and I think yall need to come up to Springfield, Missouri. Love the variety of sides on the menu, and the hot sauce for the chicken, my second on my list of hot sauce's, so yall did great on that as well. View menu

Horrible night shift service. Needs a new manager for night shift. 3 weeks ago went an hour before closing was told that they did not have anymore fried chicken ready would not be frying up anymore for the night. Tonight basically the same. Don't have this Don't that.

Went this morning. 2 people in front of me in the line. Maybe 2 cars in drive-thru. Waited 3-5 minutes, Nobody at the front to take orders, I ended up leaving. And why do they never have enough Bo Rounds prepared? Every time i go there it's a wait for them. Last time going to the Peach Orchard Rd location.

The 1 star was due to the computer . I thought I had to press all 5 stars do when I pressed the first star it automatically accepted the 1 star andoved on . Bojangles is my favorite when it comes to breakfast biscuits especially . I love the BoBiscuits . I've never had a complaint about Bojangles . I always had good service and good food . View menu

Waited FOREVER being the only car in line for my order to be wrong lol I order two 3 piece dinners, they got 3 piece dinner money from me because it’s on my receipt and low and behold, 2 pieces of chicken. I guess everyone being on their smoke break in the parking lot kept them from paying attention to how much chicken they give folks. Waste of my time and money.

I used the app to order a chicken sandwich for pickup, but I ended up waiting in the order pickup area for exactly 26 minutes. After that long wait, I received a call informing me that they no longer had chicken sandwiches because they were all frozen. This was an hour and a half before closing time. It would have been helpful to know that before I made the trip and waited for almost thirty minutes.
