"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. Not only was the wait in line very long, but I also encountered an issue with payment. I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. However, during my visit, the cashier at the drive-thru kept the extra dollar I gave them. I had to ask for it back, which was disappointing. I believe they were aware that I noticed the error. It's a shame, as I would have gladly given them $100 for their honesty, but they chose to take $1 instead. Very disappointing."

"Walked in, barely anyone was in the restaurant and it unfortunately took 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. The food is good but the service is not the best. I feel sorry for those who work there and all they have to do with such little staff. But that experience eating there was definitely very disappointing.They got our order wrong by quite a bit. We had gotten a fish sandwich, mashed potatoes, a chicken sandwich and fries. They mixed up the fish sandwich and the mashed potato’s for fries and a chicken sandwich. Was disappointing to not get what we wanted."

"I went inside the restaurant to place a large order, which included two bacon, egg, and cheese combos, a biscuit and gravy combo, and a Cajun fillet combo. It took a while to get my order—over 25 minutes—because the hash browns needed to cook, so I didn't check the bags since I was in a hurry. When I got home, I discovered that the entire order was incorrect. I didn't receive the Cajun fillet or the biscuit and gravy combo, and the bacon, egg, and cheese combos only had two pieces of bacon, with no egg or cheese. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant, so I don’t understand how they could have messed up my order so badly. I ended up spending over $40 for two bacon and biscuit combos."

"This morning, the biscuit maker was having a rough day. I ordered a Bo Berry biscuit, and it came out rock hard and burnt. I asked for another one that was cooked properly, and they told me to pull forward so they could bring it out to me. However, it seemed like they just handed me another biscuit from the same batch, as it was just as hard. I ended up having to throw both of them away because they were so tough I couldn't even bite into them."

"I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff was quite unfriendly. I placed my order well before closing time, and the only sides available were fries and mac and cheese. They also only offered chicken breast and wouldn't accommodate my request for chicken supremes. When I tried to explain how long it takes to prepare supremes, they finally agreed to make them. However, when I received my order, it was entirely incorrect. Furthermore, they leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring. I plan to contact corporate tomorrow to address these issues."
"04/2023 This was my first visit, and I was not impressed at all. I went through the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order sounded like she was lying on the couch with her phone stuck in her neck, clearly irritated to be at work. She was unhelpful and curt when asking questions and taking my order. I had to repeat my order three times because she got it wrong each time. When I got to the window, there was no greeting—just a hand reaching out for payment. I paid and received my food without a bag, just boxes stacked haphazardly. What kind of customers are they used to that this is acceptable? Once I got home, I found the chicken was breaded and the whole meal was a soggy mess. The fries were so over-salted that it felt like I might have instant bloating and sky-high blood pressure. This will be our only visit. Good luck with all the renovations coming... P.S. I should have read the reviews before going."

"Won’t be coming back to this location anymore. The dining room isn’t open even though it’s 5:15 PM. They don’t repeat orders back to you, or even greet you at the window. Last time they forgot my biscuit and the gravy for my mashed potatoes. This time she saw me checking the mashed potatoes (still no gravy) and asked “do you want gravy with that?”. To her credit she got it for me, but they consistently miss things from your order. Also, idk what the management situation is like, but there’s only teenagers here in the store. There’s only one person ever working, and like 3 kids just walking around the dining room. Today there was one with a black wifebeater walking around in the back. When I pull past the window to leave there’s 4 of them hanging out by the back door, which is odd because the dining room is closed. Idk if these are employees or just kids hanging out but there don’t seem to be any adults working there. It’s the same every time with employees being unprofessional, food being wrong, and a general “I don’t care” attitude about the place. Won’t be coming back."

"Quality seems to be slipping. We had a sausage biscuit meal and husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard. I only ate half of biscuit. We asked for decaf coffees. Guess they were low because literally we each got a half cup. 11.00 and you can go anywhere for breakfast. We will stay away awhile. Things should improve with enough complaints.Vegetarian options: There are several biscuits without meat and a macaroni and cheese. I love the blueberry biscuit.Dietary restrictions: Not a place for dietary. Plenty of salt, very breaded chicken, which we pull off. They can make a plain egg biscuit.Parking: Lots of free parking. Always a line at drive up window so need to be careful. Several exits. MGMT tried to plan for safety. Often busy and need to be alert."

"We stop here om our way to Richmond each time we go, usually for lunch but sometimes for breakfast. The service has always been great and the food has been fantastic! I noticed that the workers actually pump each other up to do better and to make sure everyone gets good service and fresh food! I really wish I could give 100 stars because this location deserves it and frankly I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it more often! Someone needs to give this store a bonus!?"

"Unresponsive employees that don't care if the customer gets the food prepared the way they order it or not. Got in drive thru line tonight with 15 minutes to spare with a few cars in front and some following. All were there well before closing time. Orders were taken until I reached the speaker, and then nothing for several minutes. I figured they were catching up but evidently they decided to close without even having the common courtesy to tell me over the speaker. Food is good but not worth the hassle of dealing with them."

"Bradley should not be employed here, or really anywhere with the way he acts. I only know his name, because it was said 100 times during an argument he was having with his coworkers. A large group also came in and he threw his hands in the air and said “seriously?!” Then he told the group they were extremely short staffed and it was going to be a long wait, so they left. There were at least five employees seen. Bradley was complaining about something the entire time we were eating and causing a loud disturbance amongst his coworkers. He was slinging our food into the boxes and slamming trays. I don’t know if a manager was on duty during this, but if so, they weren’t doing anything to intervene. It’s extremely unprofessional and immature the way they were behaving. There were two other parties dining in as well listening to the whole thing. No one wants to pay money to eat and sit and listen to all that drama. Bradley was walking around the dining room still complaining and yelling back to the kitchen. Then, he would go stand in the hallway in front of the restrooms and text on his phone and talk about issues he’s having with his girlfriend. There was also a female employee who yelled at a male customer for picking up his own cup, because she didn’t hand him one. It was very appalling behavior that needs to be corrected."
