"04/2023 This was my first visit, and I was not impressed at all. I went through the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order sounded like she was lying on the couch with her phone stuck in her neck, clearly irritated to be at work. She was unhelpful and curt when asking questions and taking my order. I had to repeat my order three times because she got it wrong each time. When I got to the window, there was no greeting—just a hand reaching out for payment. I paid and received my food without a bag, just boxes stacked haphazardly. What kind of customers are they used to that this is acceptable? Once I got home, I found the chicken was breaded and the whole meal was a soggy mess. The fries were so over-salted that it felt like I might have instant bloating and sky-high blood pressure. This will be our only visit. Good luck with all the renovations coming... P.S. I should have read the reviews before going."

I regret walking in. After 20 minutes, I still hadn't received any assistance. I can't comment on the food since I left before ordering. If you don't use the app or don't want to spend half an hour in the drive-thru, I suggest you avoid this place. View menu

I requested extra gravy and paid for it on my biscuits, but when I received my order, I got just two biscuits with hardly any gravy. They didn’t even provide a spork to eat it with. This is the third time this has happened at this location. I'm really disappointed.

We asked for unsweetened teas, wife and daughter got some food they was messed up (no bun on a sandwich, easy fix). There wasn't any unsweetened in the dining area and then we were ignored until we got back in the queue again. Stuff happens, that's why 3/5 just average.
