"Facility was clean no to little crowd and food was hot reasonably fast . The only issue I had is that I asked was there military discount at this facility to which I was basically given a shoulder shrug with a ? I?m not sure ? um ok could you have asked ? So I asked the manager on duty who handed me my food after retrieving it from the employee who was helping me . She had it at register and went on to belong someone with my bag right there . Anyways , I asked the manager and she said yes , they do have the military discount and I said ok well I just asked your employee and she didn?t have a clue . She asked if I wanted the discount and I said no , I?m good . It wasn?t about the money it was about the lack of effort to even ask"

"I used to frequent this location a lot before I would head to work at 11, I would always get there at around 10 and order the chicken sandwich with fries because I wasn?t in the mood for breakfast. Until I pulled up one day and they denied me my usualmeal because they ?don?t serve lunch until 10:30? but now I?ve found out that they have been lying to me because the otherlocations will serve lunch at 10. So horrible service on their part."

"They did not forget the sauce or nun and the food was good but man the cashier. She was about 35-40 working the window around 12:30. They needs give her a break or sum bc she was hella rude and rushy for no reason. She owed me like 5 dollars and gave me it all in change. Half of it fell and she was like oops. "Customer service is nonexistent. The ice machine is disgusting and moldy and there was stuff floating in my sons drink from the fountain drink station not being cleaned properly. I am so disappointed in the service I had today. My family walked in;waited 5 minutes to even be aknowledged...acknowledged.... mind you they were walking RIGHT PAST US, and when I asked if weshould 've just went through the drivethru the lady had the nerve to say yeah probably and walk off to tell someone else thatthere was people waiting in the lobby. Not only that, when she was told to take our order, she was so high it 's like I wasspeaking to a brick wall. We waited another 15 minutes for our food, then had to ask for our cups for our drinks. We then hadto ask for napkins.... after standing at the counter while the entire staff walked past us again for about 5 more minutes we hadto get their attention to get some napkins...... on top of that, all the tables in the dining area were filthy, obviouslynothing was stocked and literally Noone seemed to care. They had at least 7 staff members working. Not one of them smiled. Notone of them apologized for our wait. None of them cared about their job or their customers. I will not be back to this locationever again. 26 dollars down the drain for subpar service."

"This morning, June 2, I went to the drive thru to pick up breakfast. I ordered two butter biscuits, two sausage biscuits and 2 Bo-rounds. Said my total was $11.46. I drove to the pickup window, the cashier said ?you have two sausage egg biscuits, two butter biscuits, two Bo-rounds?. I told her I did not order sausage egg biscuits just plain sausage biscuits. She rudely said the system says you have ?.. just repeated the same. I said no I did not order anything with egg and again she asserted that the same litany ? our system says you ordered ?.. (repeating ?the system says you ordered two sausage egg biscuits, ?.? . She looks back at her screen and says ?that will be $11.46?. I paid and she passed me the bag with my order that she had supposedly corrected. I asked ?this doesn?t have anything with egg on it? and she said ?no?. My mistake was driving away from the window without checking everything out but with a line of cars behind me I felt that would be discourteous to those behind me in line. When I arrived home, sure enough we had biscuits with egg. That was just the beginning of disappointment. The biscuits were terrible, barely baked and tasteless, the Bo-Rounds were not cooked. We ended up trashing the food. I called the store manager and she was very rude and said ?all I can do is put in for you to get two sausage biscuits on your next visit?. I asked why after all my efforts to get the order corrected was the order not corrected. She said ?I can only apologize?. We told her we would not be returning to that location. She said ?I can only apologize? and hung up. We have had bad experiences at this location before but this was the worst. Too many other options for fast food breakfast to tolerate such bad behavior and subpar food."

"I also noticed a troubling trend of reverse discrimination within the store. It was frustrating that the general manager in training did nothing to support me during these issues. This location badly needs dedicated staff; it would benefit from employees who take their jobs seriously instead of complaining and cutting corners. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my employment experience, and I plan to contact corporate about the management. I believe it is clear that this store requires a significant change in attitude and approach."

"I really don't like the fact that I have to repeat my order 3 or more times to different people. we could also place our order and the second window, as we again put on the drive thru person then on those who give us our food. another problem is that they can always say when manager nikki and angie work because the drive thru is always long and it takes forever to get her eating"

"Food: Decent enough. Wasn't bad, but nothing to brag about. (2-Steak, Egg and Cheese Biscuits, Lg Seasoned Fries and a Lg Drink... over $17. Prices are getting stupid, folks. Service: I guess they are doing what they can with who they have, but most of the employees appeared as if they were there for a paycheck and not a job. That being said, everyone was polite yet acted as if it was a bother to be there in the first place. Long wait time on food and, if it was the correct items, no longer hot. Atmosphere: No one was being loud or obnoxious or letting everyone else in the restaurant know what their phone conversation was about. Most of the customers appeared to be in good spirits. The music was a good mix (including Christian music which I personally enjoy with nothing being played that children couldn't (or shouldn't listen to. Was pretty good. *Review based on this visit only. This store can be hit or miss. One day it's awesome, next day you may get your food before you retire. Good luck!"

"I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. I guess I'm an idiot... or maybe this is the last time. The food is meh, but my order is constantly screwed up. And it sure is funny how these places never error to the benefit of the customer but always end up screwing the customer. This place is no different than the Jack's up the road. They suck. I'm sorry. It's incompetence at its finest. I'm so tired of getting ripped off by these places. Next time, I'll stay home and eat whatever is at the house. We gotta draw the line somewhere, folks."
"I have dined at this restaurant, as well as at every Bojangle's location I have come across in North Carolina. My go-to order is always a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, sometimes even two when I want to switch things up. I also like to pair it with a beer bite. To balance out the sweetness of the Bo-Berry biscuit, I usually opt for half sweet and half unsweet tea. I truly enjoy my meals here and look forward to dining here again in the future. Thank you for your service to America."

"This was our first time eating at a Bojangles and unfortunately we weren’t too impressed. The service was quick and the employees were all great but the food was more of a like warm and it didn’t taste very fresh. We don’t have any locations in our area so it’ll be a while before we’re able to try it again. We definitely want to give it another try though, a lot of if friends/family love it and recommend it for a quick bite to eat."

"Editing to add: I have emailed BoJangles corporate and have not received a response. We continue to receive terrible service. Worst customer service I have experienced. We have ordered on the app and waited 45 minutes before arriving at thestore and the order still wasn?t ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the order ready. They claimed itdidn?t come in until I arrived. I?ll give the benefit of the doubt. I made an order again a few weeks later through the app andthought if I called to make sure they got the order they could be aware of the situation. The ?manager? was short tempered, cutme off multiple times, and just would not listen to the problem I was having. I just wanted her to listen to what had happenedso we could avoid the situation for a fourth time. She would not listen. No accountability. We will be going to Seneca which isout of our way."

"My only issue was that my bo'rounds were not very warm whatsoever and had a very mushy undone texture as well as a wangy aftertaste like the grease was bad or something got in the grease to change the taste. This is the ONLY bad experience I've ever had and it was most likely just an off day or a busy morning and not the actual quality of their bo'rounds. They never tasted so off before so I'm sure it was just an off day. I hope....cuz I could LIVE off of them if I had to! I would be so sad if this is the new taste and texture!"

"I also ordered an 18-piece chicken but specifically requested no chicken breasts, asking instead for extra thighs or drumsticks. Unfortunately, they still gave me chicken breasts. Additionally, the biscuits I received were so hard that I couldn't even throw them away properly—they felt like they could harm a deer if hit with one. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"This location had three employees not show up for work and they still did an amazing job!! The food was perfect and the service was reasonably fast considering the circumstances. My order consisted of: Sausage egg biscuit combo, pork chop biscuit combo, bacon egg biscuit combo, and a kids Mac Cheese with Botato Rounds. Everyone enjoyed the food and there were no issues with food being cold or prepared improperly. This location also knows how to place items in the kids box so that they do not get destroyed. The biscuit in my son's meal was prefect. We highly recommend this location!!!"

"So I recently attempted to place an order for a chicken sandwich unfortunately the cashier let me know that they did not start selling lunch until 10:30 and it was 10:23. I politely told her I’d pull around and wait the 7 minutes she said that was fine. I drove back around at 10:35 and tried to place the same order for her to say they aren’t available still and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes. I’m confused if lunch starts at 10:30 any item on the lunch menu should be able to be ordered at 10:30."
