"After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a thigh and a wing, but instead received a cold, dry chicken breast and a wing. The fries were no better; I specifically asked for fresh, hot fries, but instead I got reheated, hard, dry ones. When I inquired again about getting fresh fries, I ended up with an even larger serving of the same unappetizing fries. Thank you, but I won't be returning. This was a waste of both my time and money."

The hot wings were amazing but they're extremely slow. Especially with it being a slow time and at least 6 people working. Shouldn't have taken so long to place and make the order.

will not be back. unfriendly staff. 23 minutes are waiting in the drive-thru. the ordered 2 cajun filet biscuits and the filets were both extremely rubbery. there are many other places to eat breakfast. bojangles is great, but this place needs an overhaul.

I asked for a 3 piece WING meal. On the picture it shows WINGS. So imagine my surprise when I get home and don’t see ANY wings. I see TWO thighs and a leg. If I wanted thighs and legs I would’ve asked for that. Food was Luke warm and drink was nasty. Will not be returning!

Dined in. The dining area was relatively clean. The cashier looked and acted like she would rather be doing anything else than waiting on us. The food was average fast food. I shared a four piece chicken strip dinner with my best girl. Since I'm vegan, I ate most of the fries and some vegetable. Average View menu

We go to this particular location frequently! Yes, they are always busy, but their customer service is phenomenal! We always feel like family when we go! The place is clean, we are always greeted when we enter and they notice and make it a point to tell us to have a great day when we leave. Food is always fresh and they seem to have a great and happy team!

It was okay, not great. They used to be great, but not any longer. I hadn't been to this particular location in at least 2 years due to a raw chicken incident. I decided to give them another try and my wings still had the feathers on them. Battered and fried.Call me picky but you can't tell me that I'm the only unlucky customer. They were not busy ant there was only one other customers at the drive through. Nope... won't be back anytime soon. It's a shame because this location used to be really good. ?
